The location was great. Walking distance to the Magnificent Mile and the Navy Pier.

The breakfast could be better. The breakfast potatoes were not good. The parking is expensive but valet was very helpful.

The room smelled bad. The weight room was subpar - there was a bad smell and the 15 pound dumbbell was missing. The breakfast had only pork options for meat.

Helpful cheery reception desk . Managed to get us in early . Breakfast was great and location great too and easy to get around the city.

Nothing really . Perhaps an App is needed for tv and washing machine but staff helped me with that . Just thinking of older people who may not have a smart phone .

Over night car rates were Extremely High!! Outrageously High!! We stayed 5 Days at $70 a day. Also $100 per night deposit was high for 5 nights they held $500!!

The location was good. It was close to the lakefront and had a lot of malls and shopping outlets nearby (luxurious brands, that I did not buy, but it was a good experience nonetheless). The bus stop was accessible and walking distance away.

The extra bed was a futon that opened up. It was not very comfortable but not uncomfortable either. I do not think it was worth the money though. The room was not very spacious in general either even though it was a studio room. There were not a lot of eateries around.

The location was superb. It was close to public transport and just at the mid of downtown. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the required utilities. It had a kitchen so you could take care to prepare food if needed. The breakfast was basic but had all one may need. The staff was very friendly and made sure to secure the comfort of the guests in the hotel.

If I could improve something, I would ask to add vegetables to the morning breakfast.

Chambre spacieuse, possibilité de se faire à manger dans ce qui s'apparente plus à un studio, tout près de la plupart des choses à voir, à pied, dans un quartier chic ( Michigan avenue, plus qu'à dérouler !), déjeuner copieux à volonté, personnel très à l'écoute et sympathique, un vrai bonheur !

The room was not appropriate for 4 people. The sofa-bed was very old, not flat at all, and had several bumps. Moreover, we had 3 towels for 4 people and even though we asked for it twice (one in person and the other one by phone), nobody came to give us the towel.

Limpieza, zonas comunes sucias, habitación con muchos detalles donde faltaba limpieza, creo que se debe a poco personal para tanta cantidad de huéspedes.La limpieza de la hab se hace al 4to día de estar hospedado y no dejan elementos de limpieza para poder hacer uno el aseo diario de la habitacion

Pésima atención al momento de hacer el check in Tuve que advertir del upgrade realizado Estuve 4 noches. El tercer día fue la primera vez que limpiaron: dejaron la puerta de la habitación ABIERTA !!!

The location was amazing. This hotel is on the mile but it’s closer to the river and there is about a 2 block walk to all the luxury stores but a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway. The breakfast and employees were also great.

The rooms are dated, and there is a $200 deposit. The pullout couch mattress was extremely thin due to how old it was, As for much of the furniture in the living room.

I liked the space and how clean it was

I feel like there should be better explanations of the deposit wasnt clear that it was suppose to be every night. The doors were broken, the lock wasn’t properly secured. My toaster started smoking when i tried to make toast, the pans got damaged easily when i tried to cook.

Didn’t really care for the breakfast. All tho Marcus that night at the front desk made up for it with his kindness and jokes towards the family! Great employee and great time! Even the service men where friendly when they had no reason to be!

Wish it had a pool! And wish the breakfast tasted better and or offered more! Other than that it was great!

Location was perfect. We liked the parking situation . The breakfast was very good . The staff was very professional and courteous .

The room temperature was hard to keep constant the room was very warm had to open a window to get the room temperature leveled out.

I never got to see it. I had a medical condition that would not allow me to visit your fine establishment. I was seriously looking forward to it.

The manager. He lied about approving a refund for me if he could get a note from Booking.com stating they would allow a refund. I did this. He confirmed he received the letter, he denied the refund. I offered to provide medical documentation showing that I had several surgeries on my liver in September and the beginning of October that prevented me from traveling. I called two weeks in advance to try and work something out. I understand why he may not have given a refund but I was really hoping to get at least a credit that I could apply toward a stay in the future. That was denied also. This showed me that your hotel obviously does not work with people wanting to stay at your hotel and makes it feel like the hotel is money hungry.

١- لا يوجد خدمه حمل الحقائب ٢- خدمه تنظيف الغرف يومان في الاسبوع و يجب على النزيل طلبها قبلها بيوم ٣- حصلت معي حادثه في تمام الساعه ٣ والنصف فجرا تم طرق باب الغرفه علي بعنف وعند سؤال الطارق بما يريد قال افتح الباب انا موظف الاستقبال و اشم رائحه تدخين سجائر بالغرفه قلت له لن افتح باب الغرفه الا عندما تذهب الى مكتب الاستقبال و تتصل بالغرفه و تبلغني بانك سوف تاتي و سوف افتح لك باب الغرفه رفض و استمر بطرق الباب بشكل مخيف و عندما هددته بالاتصال بالشرطه انصرف و بعد ذلك نزلت انا الى الاستقبال و سالت الموظف هل انت من كنت تطرق الباب قال نعم قلت له تصرفك خاطئ اذهب الان و ادخل الغرفه قال لن اذهب و سجلت مخالفه و انتهى الامر رجعت غرفتي و بعثت ايميل للمدير السيد جون براون عل البريد الالكتروني [email protected] ولم يرد على الرساله لمده اسبوع تقريبا وبالصدفه وجدت موظف و قرآت اسمه و عرفت انه السيد براون و سالته لماذا لم ترد على الالايميل وقال لم لم يفتح بريده منذ مده ولما قرا الايميل قال لي سوف يتابع الموضوع ولكن للاسف لم يفعل شي و دفعت مخالفه التدخين عند المغادره
