Confort, todo el hotel es muy lindo, limpio, organizado y el servicios impecable. Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación en general muy confortable. Fue muy conveniente para poder ir a cualquier lugar de la ciudad y en especial para ir a un partidos de los Lakers en el Crypto Arena.

El cobro de Destination fee. Llegamos muy tarde en la madrugada y no fue algo que nos hubieran explicado en detalle a esa hora. Luego de 3 días nos dimos cuenta que era un valor que se podía redimir en algunos servicios pero desafortunadamente no lo aprovechamos. No deberían cobrar a menos que expliquen como funciona y uno esté de acuerdo con ese cargo. Si es algo que ya viene incluído en la tarifa, debería ser un poco más claro como usarlo. También no me gustó que reservando a través de Booking no es posible sumar puntos a la cuenta de Marriot Bonvoy.

The location is great is where the Cryto where the Lakers play. Near a lot of restaurants and stores. There is so much to do around this area. Great location

The bedroom smelled like smoke and some of the linen and towels. I don't like the fact that they want to bill everything to the room and you want to pay.

The breakfast is superb and location very good.

Good business hotel next to downtown L.A. Restaurants and cinema close by. Big room with couch. Big bathroom as well. Lively hotel with all services one expects from a business hotel close to the convention center. Own convention center. Walking in the area was safe.

Rates are quite high, but there was a convention going on so no real surprise there.

Loved the location. I was in LA for the basketball at Crypto.com Arena, so the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was about a 2 minute walk via the LA Live precinct from the hotel to the arena, with plenty of great bars and restaurants along the way (shout out to Tom's Watch Place!). The hotel was spacious, clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was quite big and had plenty of light from the large window that overlooked the arena. Housekeeping provided bottled water each day. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and the gym was actually pretty good too. It was only a 15 minute walk downtown to supermarkets and other food options if nothing in the hotel or in LA Live met your needs, which was handy. A cab from the hotel to Santa Monica or Beverly Hills took about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. I was a solo traveller and really enjoyed my stay. It was ideal.

If I have to be picky, the only issue was that room service was very expensive. It was nearly $200 AUD for a pizza and a decent bottle of wine. The only other minor issue was that the shower wasn't great. The showerhead didn't give a steady stream. First world problem though, right!

Best hotel I have ever stay the staff was the best service I had.

Quando fiz a reserva o valor era 4248,00 às 3 diárias , porém foram cobrados 7303,68 mais 927,17. Falaram que ia ser um valor de calção , mas não me reembolsaram ainda. Como faço para receber os 2779,87 da diferença do valor da reserva ?

Hotel was so nice, clean, quiet and in a great convenient location.
