Excellent location, clean room.

$18 a day parking, room air conditioner was very loud but not a major issue.

Friendly staff, perfect location, inexpensive parking, excellent coffee—we loved everything!

I liked how they locked the main doors inside the hotel for customer safety.

I wish they would have cleaned during the stay.

Perfect location!!!! Very easy to walk or catch the free shuttle to all the downtown/riverfront sights! The free breakfast had lots of options including gluten free muffins which really impressed me! Staff & General Manager were super friendly!! Will definitely be back!!

Upon arrival We Loved the ease of service and the hospitality. These guys have amazing breakfast selection and some great cooks behind the scenes my little girl was so pleased & the amazing staff so friendly and how the understand everyone doesn't come down so early & everything was still available hot and fresh from 7 to 10am!! They even asked was there anything they could grab or bring out and it was 9:20am so hotels are out of the good stuff by then! The fact that there is an indoor pool is always a plus when it's clean and heated and the gym had a decent selection of workout equipment and not to mention this place is a way reasonable price! Very roomy & comfortably big rooms and fully functional kitchen. Very comfortable dining area to lounge in or watch TV by the fireplace.

The staff was amazing, but I do recommend that the room service that cleans before guests be sure to change all linens even if they appear unused like the sheets! There was long hair on our extra blanket in the closet, and there were some specs of what could have been chocolate or another guests old stained blood spots on the sheets(very small but I inspect every where due to sick child) that were on the bed when I folded them down. I did not report it to the front desk, instead we slept on top of the comforter with a sheet and the extra blankets and we were very comfortable all the same. I do not like complaining especially due to the rest of the room appeared very clean and I am thankful. I wish there was more of a selection in the store beside front desk especially bc no vending machines. Maybe add toiletries to purchase like deodorant, razors, etc. Food selection was very limited I wonder if it's was bc we stayed on a Friday through Sunday so less frozen food to choose from. We may do with what we had and it was nice not having to leave the hotel unless we wanted to.

Location is great to walk to downtown area. We enjoyed a short walk of only a block to a restaurant. There is a movie theater close also. Room was large. Bathroom was also set up well with sink outside the toilet and shower area.

-Not directly about the hotel itself but they do allow dogs. Next to our room was a large dog left alone that howled and barked for an hour in the late evening. - Need an additional softer light at bath sink. - Need light over tub/shower. - Should have pillows in closet for hide-a-bed with the linens.

Breakfast was ok.

Parking was expensive especially after paying for the room.
