It's just an all around great experience the only place I love to stay when I am in town.

I love the indoor / outdoor pool and the dry sauna. The staff is very kind - restaurant / bar staff is very friendly.

The lobby area and bar are extremely clean, welcoming and updated.

For the price they’re charging, you’d expect a room updated within the last 10 years. Not even close. The lobby sets an expectation the room will crush the second you enter. Pillows were awesome.

Nothing actually it was a very horrible experience I paid a lot of money for quality instead I had 2 stars worth of hotel I feel as if I got stolen from just took my money and didn't care about the customer I'm never using booking again unless I get recompensated or adjusted in a room on booking

There was no free breakfast, but they did how ever have a ton!! Of bugs everywhere around the pool, both dead and Alive crawling everywhere, tons of water damage , and worst of all a waking up to aunts all over the bed and your belongings. Aunts everywhere and staff was very unprofessional. Lied about rectifying the situation. They offered only one option to rectify the situation and it was points and they never even gave me the points. They were supposed to wave the WiFi and they still charged me for it. Bad bad bad experience. If u want to wake up with aunts in your hair. This place is it.

The ceiling was peeling, the curtains had blood stains, the bed sheet had blood stains, the door was broken, and the biggest no for me was the ROACHES in the room!
