I had a medical emergency while staying and the staff was incredibly understanding and helpful.

It was clean. The staff was nice and friendly.
The fact they advertised they have a pool. The staff said the pool had been shut down for over a yr. The only reason we booked with them was for the pool.

the staff was amazing & value was great
water would not shut off in the tub it ran the whole time, bathroom door was super hard to open or close,bathroom fan didn’t work at all & there was no cord on the room phone so couldn’t call front desk.

The room had a pair of dirty socks on the floor so I know it had not been vaccumed. The sheets on both beds had spots and stains. We went to Family Dollar to buy blankets and pillowcases to sleep. I intend to dispute the charges.

The staff were great.
I wasnt impressed at all. The breakfast was horrible served frozen waffles come on now thats suppose to be the Marriott. It felt like i was staying in a motel.

Sink in one of the rooms was clogged. One of the rooms needed ventilation, the window was blocked

The people don't care about security. My car gets broken in, and the hotel doesn't do anything to help me.

The room was simple but nice. The beds were very comfortable! The shower had good pressure. The person who checked us in was friendly but monotone. We were allowed a late checkin of almost 11:30pm and there were no problems. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety and the guy who was taking care of it stayed on top of keeping it stocked. I love that there was milk and chocolate milk as well as good coffee. I would stay again! All staff was friendly. The woman who checked us out (receipt says Clerk DDM) even wished my son good luck with his baseball camp.
The room was supposed to be $150 with taxes and fees and my card is still showing $180 charge days later. The breakfast was good, but should invest in waffle makers as opposed to the Belgian waffles for the toaster, they were not very good. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like and the shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers were empty.

Very poor experience for a Fairfield inn . I’ve stayed at other Fairfield inns and they were very nice , this one was equal to a motel 6 , only cost more . Woke up to leave the next morning and several of the cars had been broken into with shattered window .

Our first room had a odor. They moved us to a second room. We had told the night shift our tv and shower wasn’t working properly no one ever came to check.
