Overall a good experience

The bed was very comfortable and it was clean.

The room smells like somebody was smoking before we check in a non smoking room.

It is better than it looks. The room was clean and the check-in was easy. The price was great.

The hotel is cheap, clean friendly staff close to highway. A great place to stay if you’re visiting family or doing business.

The outside of the hotel needs some work for sure. The room was clean and looks like its been partially emodeled. The bed was comfy. But the shower was odd in how it is set up. Its pretty, with a rounded shape. But the shower head comes out of the actual ceiling right inside the shower curtain. Which makes you have to back against the faucet and the shower bar. I am 170 lbs and 5ft 2in and could not figure out how to actually stand under the water in order to shower. I cant imagine if youre a bigger person how you could even wash your hair. The road noise is bad. I didnt have any issues hearing the other guests- but motorcycles, vehicles, etc can clearly be heard because the windows are still the old single pane type. One the positive side, the desk clerk was nice and efficient.There is a continental breakfast, but i didnt try it. Theres also a pool but I didnt try it ether. So if youre just wanting a clean place to sleep for a reasonable price, this is a good deal. But if youre looking forward to a nice hot shower and youre a light sleeper, I think you'll be disappointed.

This is an older place that has had some work done. The room was smallish with the king sized bed, but not uncomfortable. Had new bed and furniture. Bathroom recently remodeled. Very clean. I have paid much more for less quantity. At under $75 all in it is a bargin. Would stay here again.

Would stay here again. Great place and I was worried when we pulled up there were people on 2nd floor sitting in chair in front of there door just relaxing. I thought I I hope they don’t keep me up parting. But No I heard nothing do to the rooms are complete concrete And I heard nothing and we slept like babies.

This was our first time staying at the the Inn. Everything was excellent for the price point that the room cost. The location was quiet, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again! If you're looking for a place to stay and on a budget, this is the place to stay when in Lake City.

Price

This hotel is great for travelers who just want a comfortable bed, a shower, and a clean room. You'll get all of those things for a value price. Just keep in mind that the rooms are pretty bare bones and it won't look like much from the outside. We had a great night's sleep on our road trip.

This is a perfect spot for our halfway point when we are driving to Orlando. Very cost effienciet yet clean.

We loved our stay here, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The a/c ran nice and cold the bed was very comfortable and the service was excellent everyone here is very attentive and friendly. Loved the little touches they had to make you feel like home especially the little brown baggies in the lobby with muffins and other breakfast snacks they put together. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

If you're looking for a clean, affordable and pleasant motel to stay at in Lake City this is the one. Our one night work stay turned to 3 as we discovered the hidden, quiet comfort of this establishment amongst the hustle and bustle of US-90. Jessica at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and handled our check-in difficulties with ease and professionalism and all the employees in general seemed happy to be there. This motel offers the comforts of home while not being pretentious in price, and the cleanliness and quiet environment is unmatched for a place for this price in Lake City. The grab and go breakfast, free late check out and price matching are just some of the accommodating perks of this place. My favorite subtle features were the clean in-room coffee makers and the hand washing station near the ice and vending machines. This America's Best Value Inn is under meticulous and thoughtful management and it shows. 10/10 would go out of my way to stay again.

Clean and quiet and good proximity to shopping and dining options

It was OK. Check in person was delightful. Got to room and it smelled a little smoky but it was 11:45 at night I just wanted a shower and bed. The smell got a little worse but again, too late to worry about it. Come to find out they have small cans as ashtrays set outside and one was right in front of my AC air intake so every time the AC went on it would suck the smell into the room. Ask for a second floor room. I was on the first floor and all was well until the couple upstairs came in at 2:00 AM. Woke me up as you could hear every movement and everything they said. They weren't loud, just really bad sound proofing. Breakfast was pretty much a banana, muffin and coffee. But it was enough. But I didn't expect much for the price I'd stay again but would request a second floor room. For a quick night it was fine if I was second floor without a large ashtray next to the AC... lol I'd stay again
