The room was clean, comfortable and the staff couldn't have been nicer both during check in and check out. Delicious cookies on check in and they looked up my Bonvoy number for me to ensure I received credit for the stay. The bartender, Alan, was a delight as well.

Bar lady was great
We had pre paid room but they couldn't tell me that they were going to charge my credit card. Even after I showed receipt they could say that we wouldn't be charged. Still watching card

I really love that the accommodated us even though we arrived a couple of hours early I also liked the waitress and the cook food was good

Gotten very expensive compared to equal alternatives similarly located or better.
No daily cleaning of room – not even once over 5 nights… - same back in November – no improvement
No offering of laundry service – same back in November – no improvement
Some of the self-made yogurt and fruit available for breakfast was questionable on freshness – no date marking - and ran out of yogurt.

Immediate access to Starbucks is an all-star service - well done! The breakfast burritos were exceptional. New and clean services always rate highly for me, because I am very picky...you passed with flying colors. We will be back, please don't change the recipe.

we ended up with an extra unexpected traveler, whose flight has been canceled. Although the courtyard was sold out for the evening, they managed to accommodate us with a extra sofa, bed in our room for our traveler. Outstanding service, especially customer service.
