The staff was out of this world helpful--just way over and above--Summer let us check in early, when we were tired from a long day's journey. Jasmine helped me when I could not make the boarding pass kiosk work. Alana was helpful in explaining amenities, etc. Orlando was wonderful on the airport shuttle. I wish I could have gotten the names of the restaurant staff who gave us cutlery for our takeout meal. The grounds are lovely, room clean--everything was perfect.
There was nothing to dislike. No improvement necessary. I will come back.

I had a great room. Clean and comfortable. Staff was above and beyond from checking in and out to additional requests. All handled quick and efficiently.
Room service and the restaurant were excellent.
Comparing this experience from my last few hotel visits, this was by far best

Everything! The pool was really quiet on weekday afternoons and we loved the cabañas for shade. The courtyard; breakfast on the terrace, the view from our room on the fourth floor, the couches to sit and relax by the fountain. The staff was so friendly. We bumped into house keeping when we were returning to our room and she was so wonderful and had the biggest smile. The shuttle drivers, valet and front desk staff were all really friendly and made our arrival and departure so easy (with an early check in). The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the water pressure in the shower perfect. The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of restaurants, the light rail and Tempe Beach Park. It was like an oasis right in the middle of town. Will stay there again for sure!

Beautiful location and pool. This is our 4th time staying here.
For the cost per night, it is very disappointing that you do not offer complementary water. The water in the room is free to "members" which I am. However for those who are not, you're charging $5 per bottle of water. So $10 for two bottles of water. Those same waters are 2 for $3 at the Safeway. It's kind of shameful how you nickel and dime people who are paying a fortune to stay there.

rooms were just “normal” couldn’t move tv to easily view when in the seating area…..expected more “luxury” in suite…. had to request microwave and then set it on desk to be able to use….

Very sparse commissary does not serve well. While the room was clean the entire facility could use a major refurbishment. The menu is sparse. It feels that the hotel is stuggling to get past Covid

cold dining room. they had to leave the door open to bring food across the courtyard and it was winter so the dining room was super cold while we ate our dinner.

Could use some updates. Some of the tile was cracked and some of the veneer was peeling off the counter in the bathroom. Just little things you notice. Also our room was right above where they serve breakfast in the morning. If you like to sleep in ask for a room away from that area. It was slightly noisy.

Quality throughout. Staff very accomodating. The area the hotel is in has many shops and restaurants. The pool has a bar on the same level but when it's closed it's simple to have drinks brought up from the bar. Restaurants are on site.
