No one at desk for a while; then lady walked in from outside and said she should have put up a sign, then said motel wouldn’t honor my reservation as no rooms available; after a while found a room that was being cleaned which turned out to have half-strung drapes, no fridge or microwave, was stark and depressing, Another room suddenly became available about the time I thought I was going to have to eat cold soup. Although better than the last one (had microwave and fridge) it had a dirty tile floor which made my feet partly black and dirty tub and overall a feel of uncleanliness..

Staff was friendly and helpful

Water pressure in sink and shower was basically non existent. People in the motel were up all hours of the night in the hallways and in the parking lot. The TV in my room would turn on but no channels. I was offered another room with a working TV. The refrigerator froze all my food and drinks. I tried adjusting the temperature but that little feature was broken.

The Wi-Fi worked.

Sink didn't work also dripped constantly, as did toilet. Had to shut both off to sleep. Water also smelled bad which is probably why coffee was awful. Only $50/nt do not complaining to much.

If they didn’t have a clean smoking room I had already reserved with a working bathroom, I should have been reimbursed the extra smoking charge and given at least an equal room with all the amenities. I was just too tired coming all the way from Dallas to mess with them. The first room smelled like crap and urine and that was because the toilet was flooded and “something” filled the tub.

Well, My Husband and I needed to go from El Paso Tx to Apachee Creek Deaf and Youth Ranch , N.M. to show/give our respects to Pastor Dean Lang (founder pf that Ranch). My Husband is 86 years old, he can not drive 7 + houres to arrive there. That is the reason why we needed to stay at "Motel 6" for one night. For my Husband to rest enough, to be able to keep driving from there to El Paso Tx. to our home.

Well at the front desk, it was No One for about 20 t0 30 minutes. When finatly a male worker arrived to the front desk, he help someone who was waiteing there before me. Then, my Husband asked him to show us the room. He did not really wanted to do such.....however, he did walk us to it. There, (since the entrance) the smell of smoking was all over. Inside the room, that smell was even stronger. We ask for NOT smoking-when I booked that reservasion. Therefore, I reminded him to show us a Not smoking one, and he said that THAT was the one. We could'n stay. So we follow him to the front desk, and I ask him to cancelled our reservasion. He said he did. All I want to say is: I hope that "Motel 6" will not charge us, eventghout, we did NOT stay. Thank You.

Had a vinergron come under the door.

Andrew and the staff working at the time of our stay made sure our accommodations were met . We trouble with the TV they worked on it till it was resolved. Andrew also accomadated with a better room. Very good staff!!

Location of property was close to where we needed to be during the day. The front desk staff was very nice.

The bed was terrible, the springs were completely shot. The building we were in smelled badly, the door was cracked, the door in the bathroom was falling off the hinge. There were no trash cans in the room. No Remote for the TV and the room key stopped working 2x during our 5 day stay.

No remotes for TVs rooms were crap u had sheets for blankets holes in walls list could go on.

Middle of repairs. Need to limit guests to renovated, completed rooms. Need more refrig/micros. It is hard to stay 4 days without one.

The staff was nice the room was clean

The location, I asked for handicap access but I got a regular room my boyfriend is an amputte so he wasn't able to shower the hall smelled like Marijuana everyday and it's a no smoking there were many homeless people my nieces and nephews didn't feel safe at all there was a lady who roamed the hall at night talking to herself just bad and scary next time I won't stay there

the only positive was they refunded my money and I left

The motel 6 sign was not lit up. We arrived around midnight. The two motels next door had their signs lit up. We could only find Motel 6 because we had been there before. Fix it!
