There was a big hole in the mattress 😳 it was so uncomfortable i didnt sleep much and had to drive 4 hrs home.

Evening staff (NOT CRAIG) was absolutely rude. When asking a question the lady would barely respond. During our stay, the fire alarm went off 3 times (between 2am-4am). My family and I decided to leave because the issue was not being resolved. I have twin 9 month olds and an 8 year old that would freaking out every time the alarms went off. Apparently this hotel did not complete their maintenance on the fire alarms which caused them to go off every hour. Room was kind of dirty but I didn’t complaint because it wasn’t in spaces where we would be touching.

Everything was very good

It was easy to find. conveniently located. Housekeeping and kitchen staff were lovely.

The front desk staff was rude from before check-in when we placed a call on the way there until check-out. I can't imagine you don't get this complaint often as we were not the only ones having trouble with them. The rest of the staff were quite nice and helpful. The room was very dusty. We found a pair of scissors by the couch and a dirty Dixie cup from a previous guest. They also seemed resentful that we booked through booking.com. We were charged a 15.00 fee for booking with you upon entering the facility. We were so unhappy with them that we shortened our trip and left a day early. When I was checking out the man at the front desk barked that I booked through booking and I would get no refund for leaving early. I advised him that I was not asking him for a refund I was just letting him know we were checking out and he said, " then just go." As we were walking out he yelled at us demanding the key cards which I was prepared to give him but forgot about after feeling humiliated when he told us to leave.

Breakfast not served until 6:30 and 7:30. Should have atleast something available by 6 for people leave early. No coffee available 24/6. Way Too expensive for the room.

we had to change rooms 3 times before we found one that didn’t smell of smoke or had a working air conditioner and we were there for only 4 nights. And the breakfast could use a little help , containers empty etc.

Breakfast was good. Pancakes were a nice change.

Our room was dirty, the pull-out had food on it. The tv remote was dirty.
