When asked to have bed linen changed , fresh towels , and more toilet paper it didn’t happen , had to go to office numerous times with request. general manager was working front desk and stated would credit me back one day of our stay and I did not get that refund.

Bed is too soft Noisy

hot coffee at front desk and a clean microwave available in the lobby. grateful for a ground floor room. the manager Bridget liked my 2 dogs and remembered their names. She had a good rapport with her staff

next time we will get the superior room so that we have our own microwave.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. You can park right at your room door and the location is close to UD. I was moving my daughter in.

It was just a little rough around the edges for what I’m used to. The tub shower squealed and sprayed water, there was a pick up truck party in the parking lot and I couldn’t find NBC on the tv.

My room was renovated, clean, and comfortable, and I liked that I didn’t have to pay extra for my dog.

The room itself was not too bad. It seemed to be clean. Our first room we had, the air conditioner was not working. However, we did get a new room to go to.

The location was pretty rough. The back parking lot was very bad. There was a lot of traffic (people) going on all night long.

there was a red spot looked like blood on the bed sheet and when we went to tell the staff the one black gentleman working the front desk was too busy looking at his cell phone and never paid attention to us until we knocked on the desk and all he did was give us new bed sheets and we had to change them ourselves. never apologized or nothing and I still had to pay the full price they didn’t even ask about a discount or anything I was very unhappy. I will never go back to that hotel neither will any of my family and friends!!
