Good restaurant from parking lot. Clean

Breakfast was usual. Coffee pump was broken or out. Did not tell us what time breakfast was or where it was.

Central location. Friendly staff.

My door didn’t latch unless it was lifted with both hands while closing. Staff at desk didn’t seem capable to offer any kind of solution whatsoever; and further, she seemed surprised that I would be concerned. Although once she did come to investigate, she discovered the hack of lifting the door up with both hands while pulling shut.

The noise level was acceptable even though the hotel was full and it is right next to a very busy road. Also, the male check in host was funny and welcoming. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.

The mattresses may need to be replaced soon. Mine was not comfortable, a bit too firm for me

Great location for what we need. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Bed was a bit lumpy. Pool was closed for maintenance.

Our rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. Housekeeping you did a great job! People had said in their reviews that dogs were constantly barking but we didn’t hear anything like that. The grandkids swam and the pool area was nice. The staff was great!

The only negative I can think of is that there was only 2 tables and chairs in the pool area. Needs a couple more tables with chairs.

I loved the location. It was close to most things we had planned to do.

The pillows were awful. We had to ask for towels because, for four people, we only got three towels. While we were out, our bed was not remade nor did our coffee supplies get refilled. The breakfast was not the best. And there was no cable television.

The location was a little ways from the highway but the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was awesome!! Breakfast was great too!

someones car alarm went off multiple times outside my room window about 3 am waking us up after a 10 hour trip and having another 10 hours to drive that morning
