how clean and comfortable it was

the pool ladder was broken and so was the stair railing to the pool

room was clean

pool was closed

Window didn’t open an ac didn’t work

large suites, great breakfast and fitness center

there was no soap in the room

nice decor and open layout

the doors are too hard to open and hold open to in without slamming. it pinched my fingers.

The location was good and the hotel itself it’s nice. Disappointed in the overall experience for the price I paid.

The staff seemed unprofessional and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They didn’t walk us through the usual “hotel amenity” list. My room wasn’t ready and check in was at 3, I arrived after 4. There was a lot of cleaning staff still working on getting rooms ready, not sure what was going on. When I got to the room - the linens were clean but you could tell whoever made the bed just really didn’t care. Honestly not sure the hotel was worth the overall price I paid!

I've never paid $175 a night for a room that had no maid service. We stayed 3 nights and had to ask for more towels. I understand saving on towels, but I've never stayed where they didn't even make up the bed or check to see if you were out of coffee, tissues or towels. We were not told this at check-in either.

I liked just about everything except for the breakfast. It could use some improvement. More plain old food instead of hoity toity things.

I did not like having a pending charge for more than our booking was. Once this is explained to me, I am sure I will understand.

I like the cleanliness

The front desk personnel double charged me. One on my cedit card and one on my debit card.

Staff was friendly and service was good

The location was exactly where we needed to be but it wasn't the best part of town.

Everything, it was our anniversary and loved everything

The front desk people were great especially Thomas, he was very nice, helpful and I would highly recommend Fairfield Inn and Suites.
