It was non-invasive, we could drive right up to our room! It was nice and clean and comfortable! It was quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was so good. Our honeymoon there was really really amazing.

We were there for 4 days and we didn't get anyone to come in and replace our trash bags or towels.

We liked being able to park in front of our room. The room was good size and had frig and microwave. Towels were nice and plenty full. Bed a king was comfortable. The temp was regulated in the room and very efficient. Grounds were nice, the pool wasn't opened yet. The breakfast and attendants were excellent. We were there for 6 nights, in Springfield to visit family.

My only issue, and possibly OUR phone server...Would not work for calls, if we got away from the building, over near the pool etc. Then we could make calls and they would go through and not drop.

I had to cancel for a personal reason and I spoke with booking.com and with Tamara at the office. She said she canceled it after I explained my situation but booking.com is saying the cancelation request they sent in was never actually approved. I prefaced my situation saying that if nothing could be done and I couldn’t be refunded, I would stay there, but since I received verbal confirmation, I proceeded with the cancelation request. I would like my refund for this location as was promised. I’d be happy to give you a good review if this can be resolved. I stayed at another Best Western location so the company still got my business.

Sink drains very slowly. Almost as if it was nearly stopped up.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Had problems with the room being too cold or two hot. Finally took blanket off second bed, that worked. Had to park my car abt 3 rooms down from room. I like to park car close to room so to keep an eye on it. When I was leaving for dinner. Two people had moved their cars. So was able to move my car. Just walked to restaurant on property. Found ant in bathroom in the morning. I'm only 5'2" so the shower head was so high on wall I couldn't adjust it. The tub didn't have good safety tread or any bars to feel very safe. Also, didn't feel comfortable with the outside access. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but the people in 130 were loud and coming and going. Second morning, sounded like a party was going on between 6-8 a.m. in same room but outside. This was not the motel's fault. It just reminded me why I like inside hallways. Had a very good hot breakfast and was nice to be able to go to Ziggie's to eat. Thank you.
