Property was pretty good.

Hot tub was not working/on. Peeling paint. Check out was at 12 noon and one of the main reasons selected. Staff knocking on door repeatedly arguing that check out was at 11am despite showing the reservation. Checking person confirmed it was at 12 noon: yet morning staff including management continued to state it was wrong and that the 3rd party booking sites have it wrong. This is not the guests’ responsibility to get the check out time correct. It needs to be worked out and consistent on both ends.

Everything!! Arrived close to restaurant closing but Patrick at front desk took care of check in so I could order some food. Dwayne at the bar was accommodating and the chefs (names unknown). Food was excellent!! Room was big, clean and awesome view! Ubers were fast and close to shops. I was allowed a late checkout by the ladies at the front reception, allowed to stay in lobby after checkout and my Amazon pkg never arrived so they took contact information from me so that someone else could collect it. Another bartender was Joseph! Pleasant with great customer service as well!

The attention to detail: the painting of the door frames must have been provided by a person with a stigmatism as they painted all over the tile in the bathroom. The first room I was in didn’t have the tv plugged in. I arrived at 11:30pm and then had to switch rooms again. The next morning at the front desk the attendant never even said good morning. While all these individual slights don’t add up to much it really just shows a lack of empathy for guests. You can do better.

The hotel was super clean.

I got a message that the pool and gym were closed before my stay. I looked to find a different hotel but would have been charged a $300 cancelation fee. We decided to just stay without the amenity that we chose this location for. When we got there, everything was open. Booking is the one that sent the message and never replied to my guestions for 5 days. We had to go buy clothes we would have packed, hadn't the false message not been sent. THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT IT FALLS ON BOOKING

It was horrible. They put us in between two parties that made noise all night. I kindly asked the other guest to quiet down sign there was no answer at guest services. That was a terrible idea because they got loader and then came right by my door stating they were going to say something to me and then laugh. Was up all night with my 7 year old.
