Nice friendly staff, clean, well-appointed furnishings. Comfortable. GREAT Shower pressure. I would stay just for that!

Having the room done was a bit of a hassle. No harm but housekeeping should check room to empty trash refill stuff if they don't want to make the beds. Breakfast wasn't all that good. Coffee was horrible.

Room is clean, and services are good.

It is convenient to get to. Our family always stays at a Hilton owned hotel.

The lobby and food service area were nasty. Trash cans were overflowing at 8:30 AM and Still not emptied at 11 AM. For being a Hilton Rewards member I would've expected a better rate than $335 and at least a bottle of water as a welcome gesture when renting a standard room.

The staff was well informed and answering any questions and concerns that I had. Rooms were very nice and spacious and clean. And it wasn't a far commute from six flags to the hotel. My grandkids was very pleased that the pool was open until 10:00 p.m..

That it seems that you were short staff doing breakfast. Some of the breakfast items ran out. They needed an extra hand to clean the waffle station some of the kids left it a mess and there was no staff to tidy in it.

We enjoyed the private location of the hotel. It was in a very quiet area, which we loved very much. We also loved the pool, it was perfect for us. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, one of the best we’ve ever had! There was a ton of variety for everyone to choose from.

I honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The room was amazing nice size and was clean

My only complaint was that house keeping did not clean the bathroom my whole stay and did not refresh the towels on there own. I had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. Outside of that i wish the pool stayed open later than 10pm maybe to 12 midnight would be great and the exercise room should be open to 12 midnight as well or later.

Breakfast was a good round of potatoes, sliced sausages, waffles, and cereal and more, Room was comfortable, well laid out and clean . Maids or room services are very good.

Because it's an older building, the rooms are much larger than we have come to expect. Nice perk. This was just an overnight on the way to Florida, but we would set up our trip to stay here again. Also, the front desk directed us to a nearby family-run Italian restaurant, which has been there for 30 years.

More pillows. There were only 2 pillows for a king size bed.

rooms are good, big parking area, easy if you want to got to Six Flag adventure park, good breakfast, Quiet rooms although you are right on the highway

Check in was slow due to hotel not receiving Booking confirmation promptly. Staff did what they could.

Location was perfect for our needs.

Price was a little higher than what I usually pay for Hampton Inn. No discount for booking 2 rooms.
