The cleaning staff was excellent and extremely helpful. We got the floors muddy after fishing and the cleaning staff cleaned it up for us and were very polite about the situation we felt terrible but she was so nice.
The fact that they double charged my stay. They took double the money out of my account. They charged me twice and when I pointed it out they said it was the policy to charge your card the full amount incase you didn’t show up for the reservation. But when i arrived they charged my card again. Then they refunded the money for for the first charge and tried to say that the money wasnt taken out my account. But i showed them that it had came out my account. So they basically tried to take double my money until i caught it on my bank account then they lied and said that it was corporate policy to double charge your card twice and then refund the money if you showed up for your reservation. WHICH IS TOTALLY BS I TRAVEL FOR WORK AND IVE NEVER HAD A HOTEL DO THAT BEFORE.

I think your location near the train station is a great marketing opportunity for you. To me, the train ride up and back in one day is tiring for many people. You could offer some type of deluxe package that includes a night stay, tickets, special dinner, etc. Just a thought ...
I am a Diamond member, so I receive daily credit. However, I was leaving early on the train and didn't have time to eat a full breakfast. Additionally, I have severe allergies because of a tick-borne illness called, for short, Alpha Gal (life-threatening meat allergy), and have to carry Epi-pens. Normally, I would have my own food and creamer with me, but I rode the train from Silverton in the afternoon, stayed with you, and rode the train back the next morning. Therefore, I had no car and walked from the station. I wanted some fruit to go and nondairy creamer for my coffee. You were able to supply some nondairy milk in a little silver pot (not creamer) but no fruit. The wait staff was very kind in trying to help, but I can't risk eating anything that I can't read the label so I didn't use it. Wyndhams are nice and so is yours but I usually stay at Hamptons and Home2Suites because they have fruit and individual containers of nondairy milk and sometimes creamer. I would love it if Hilton would start carrying plant butter for toast and nondairy creamer, such as the Silk Sweet Cream. I realize that Hilton can not accommodate health issues for everyone, but that's just my personal input. For the question about parking, you might think about adding a NA option. This time I didn't need parking so I couldn't technically answer the question correctly. Thank you for a great stay!

They didn’t work with use for a senior person friendly room on the lower level . When booking it doesn’t say if on 1 or 2 floor and never answered emails

Spontaneous trip to get to mtns, so same-day booking. Took long route over two passes, (one not paved). Delightful escape!

Substandard level of cleanliness. Heating unit located beneath curtains/heat causes curtains to billow/heat is projected behind the curtain. Not too efficient or comfortable. Window behind billowing curtain faces parking lot at ground level. Not too safe/secure/private.

The room was fine, but the it should have had a King bed instead of a smallerish queen.
The breakfast was not good and there wasn't anyone to talk to about it.
They had cereal out, but here wasn't any milk to pour on the cereal.
The eggs were runny, the sausages looked and felt like they were steamed and not browned.
The coffee machine did not have decaf in it, although it looked like there was a button that could have been used for decaf.

Parking is a mess. I was never greeted or even acknowledged by any of the staff. Bathroom lock stuck and got stuck in there 3 time (different people each time) no bathrooms near breakfast area

Breakfast was as expected. There could have been some fruit available, but there wasn't. There wasn't any coffee until we got someone to come out and refill the system.
There was all kinds of mold/mildew in the shower stall. We were given a room that hadn't been made up from the previous occupants. We did get another room when we confronted management. The heater/air conditioner unit didn't function properly. We had no idea what temperature the room was going to be because the temperature indicated in the setting kept changing on its own. We waited at the check in counter for someone to check us in, and when they showed up, they pointed to a kiosk, and said use it. We had never used one of these, and the desk clerk had absolutely no intentions or interest in helping us to use it. When we checked out, the person that we had to deal with on the kiosk video said we couldn't get a printed receipt from there, but they would email us one. 24 hours, and we still haven't received the copy of our receipt.

I went into office no one was there I looked for the restroom and it was upstairs. I used the bathroom and when I came out and went back to the office on the first floor I saw a kiosk and said out loud I hope I don't have to use this goddamn machine. It was then that a attendant appeared, the first thing he said to me angrily was do I want to apologize for my rude behavior. Well I didn't apologize.

Checking in on a remote clerk. It was terrible. I could not understand what they were saying. Delayed transmission, background noises....a truly unpleasant experience.
