Comfortable room. Hotel is what you expect for an overnight on the road. Breakfast was OK. Hot food and other stuff.

Faucet in the room was not working well and the end of the tap came off. Managed to have a shower OK, but needed to report that to the reception.

Good breakfast choice. Good location.

Not the cleanest. CC was charged twice.

The room was very clean and the beds super comfortable and being able to wake up to the beautiful mountains is always a plus.

The location was fine. Close to the town. The hotel was very clean and the bed was nice.

This was one of the oddest experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I never saw a staff member! Bizarre. I was checked in and out by a woman on a computer. The toiletries were just left out on the lobby counter to take. The room was clean, but there were obvious updates that needed to happen. For example, the bathroom shower was missing drywall. The paint was peeling. The cord on the tv was glued on and gunky.

Didn't really have to deal with staff since Check in was done on the kiosk electronically... interesting system. Not sure how I feel about that. it's kind of nice to talk in person with someone rather than through a machine.

The staff was friendly

Our keys stopped working every time we left the hotel. We stayed for three nights, and had to have our keys reissued three times. Very frustrating. You speak to the desk attendant through a kiosk, no face-to-face interaction. The breakfast consisted of pancakes (so tough you couldn't cut through them) and cold, scrambled eggs that were watery and cold, and sausage links that were also cold but the best of the (hot) options. Housekeeping was friendly, efficient and thorough and the room was comfortable. The hot tub was nice also

Bedding was minimal. Had 2 beds. Pulled blankets from one bed to add to other bed. Ice machine broke. Open bag of ice to access, hardly hygenic.. Kids running around of employees.
