My bed was comfortable. I love the pillows. I also liked that they cleaned the rooms daily. Even though the location was near the highway; it wasn't noisy at all. The location had a lot of places to eat within walking distance.

I didn't like that I saw a dead roach in my room. I didn't like that the remote only worked when I used the channel down button. My room was hot and I couldn't adjust the thermostat. My daughter's bed was squeaking.

After check out I called the front desk to notify I left my phone charger was behind the table and the person didn't demonstrate any effort to try to locate or check. Response was "the housekeeping check the rooms, they didnt brought anything and they left already" No effort or interest in the customer concerns. Too bad

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were friendly and hospitable.

We received a smoking room upon check in. The next morning even though a lot had left and it was before new guest check in. Front desk refused to move us to non smoking room. This happened to several people. It appears this hotel has far too many smoking rooms. The rooms smelled and there was no air filters. The breakfast selection was good but not on par with other Hampton properties.

It was in a good location overall and the staff was friendly.

The facility needs to be updated and remodeled.. it has a lot of wear and tear and it’s dated a bit.. there was a car parked in the parking lot that someone was overhauling the motor..with parts all over the place with no one around.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for six days. Three of those days I had really loud guests, and I had to keep calling the front desk so they could quiet them down. The room they put me in had ants, so they had to move me to another room. The lighting in the rooms are bad, the rooms are very dark. The hallways were hot, and they smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana during my entire stay.

The Hampton Inn was clean. My room was clean. The bathroom, linens, were fresh and cleaned daily. Fresh towels were plentiful. Everyone at the hotel were friendly and helpful. So 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s for that!

The bed was not that comfortable for me. My physical ailments were adding to my distress and not the Hotel being at fault. Coffee maker was old and cheap. It Could be updated. Keurig makes excellent single serve coffee. I don't eat breakfast but do like my special coffee. I am not a fan of buffet style food anyway even without COVID precautions and rules. I brought my own coffee and bottled water from an outside source daily. Their mini refrigerator was perfect to house my small food needs. If there was a pantry to buy microwavable foods and bottled coffees, water and snacks that would have been ideal for me. There are nearby restaurants and coffee houses. I would return here when visiting family again. It is me who is set in my ways not really the Hotel. I like the Hilton Group as choice when traveling! They are Great!

The heat did not work in our room and we were there on a very cold weekend. The receptionist stated the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do for us except provide us with extra blankets
