Le invitamos a disfrutar de sus vacaciones en este hermoso alquiler de 2 habitaciones en el corazón del centro de Beaver Island. Ubicado cerca de Beaver Island Marina, este alquiler lo ubica a poca distancia a pie y en bicicleta de restaurantes, tiendas, lugares de entretenimiento y playas vírgenes. La gran cubierta cubierta le brinda una vista increíble del puerto durante el día y ofrece un lugar relajante para disfrutar de las noches llenas de estrellas.
Deje atrás sus preocupaciones mientras disfruta de su visita. Este alquiler ofrece 2 habitaciones con camas Queen y un sofá cama plegable para dormir extra. Todas las sábanas están incluidas. Servicio de lavandería compartido. HBO Now, Netflix e Internet incluidos. Ferry y recogida en el aeropuerto están disponibles. Por favor llame con anticipación para organizar.

We had a great 5 day stay at The Boat Shop. Our apartment was well appointed with a fantastic view on the long deck. It was close to the grocery store, the brewery and a breakfast/lunch place. We rented a car one day from the boat shop and e-bikes the next day. Fantastic stay, I loved being able to drop in at the grocery and plan a meal or two to cook at the apartment.

The location was awesome! Home to a beautiful view from upper deck and walking distance to many places on the island. The unit was very cleaned and well stocked.

Came for the BIMF. Deckhands Quarters at the boat house was a great place to stay. Convenient location to shops, restaurants, ferry. Nicely furnished. Appreciated recycling availability. Didn’t use washer/ dryer but nice to have

Loved our stay, lots of space, comfortable, had everything we needed in this apartment style home. The view was great from the deck and even looking out the sliding glass door toward the water. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was great. Appreciated the fans supplied to circulate air and keep us cool for sleeping. The property and neighborhood was quiet and right. Next door to a market. Easy to walk around and explore, grab a bite to eat, do a little shopping. My favorite part was when asked what we needed to do before departure, Carol said" you're on vacation, not us" and we didn't need to do anything!

It was our first time to Beaver Island. We loved every minute of it! Our stay was awesome. Room was just as described and a great location. Clean, roomy, easy checkin/out. Rented a car and it was well worth it. We hiked trails that were so quiet and beautiful! Highly recommend St. James place when staying on the island!

We enjoyed the Boat Shop location for our long weekend, it was great walking distance to the main street blocks and the Deckhand Quarters was great for us with the full kitchen, wonderful deck views, and overall laid back vibe. We look forward to returning!

Theey rent to people with dogs and no garbage can to put dog waste in. We were told yo dispose of it in are kitchen garbage. Which we were not going to do so everyday sometimes twice a day we had to go to the beach garbage cans and dispose of the waste there. Also only one sharp knives and toaster didn’t work and this wasva full kitchen. And one bedroom didn't have a screen. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were flat and old. Bath towels were very thin .

We had a great stay at The Boat Shop! The location can’t be beat, walkable to local shops, food and a beautiful view of the harbor. Definitely recommend staying here!

The view of the water from our deck was wonderful and peaceful. Low key host. We had all the amenities we needed. The island is beautiful. Found several isolated beaches, walking trails and birding trails. I love the history of the island. People are friendly. Take a car on the ferry with you if you can. You’ll have a lot more access to the island.

My sister lives on the Island and I have not seen her for 2yrs so It was a pleasure seeing her and a pleasure staying at this property. Everything was so clean I will make sure to stay here again in the summer.

Our family has owned property on the island 30 + years. Flew out a month ago, took the Emerald Isle this trip. Staying at the Boat Shop couldn’t get any easier or better.

The apartment was clean and very nice. Was one of the only places that would let us bring a pet and I am glad they did. Would stay there even if I didn't have a dog. Bottom line it was just a nice place, in the heart of town. You can sit on the front porch and just take in the bay, without leaving the house.

Home away from home. Best view. Everything you need is there. Comfortable and they’re always improving your stay. New mattresses so comfy. Kitchen well supplied. Great location. Very friendly and genuinely nice people.

Nice sized unit. Owner picked us up and dropped us off at ferry landing, which was helpful with having suitcases along. Electric bike rentals available on site-I’d highly recommend them! We will definitely consider staying here again.

The place was clean and updated. It was large enough to accommodate my husband and I with 4 grandchildren. The full kitchen was nice for cooking meals. Netflix entertained the young kids at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was clean, the location ideal, and Carol was easy to work with during the week. With the availability to rent electric assist bikes or cars on site, and grocery, dining, and brewery right next door, everything is extremely convenient.

Great location on the harbor and easy walking to the ferry and the main street. The shared porch is not an issue as each unit has a good section for use. No complaints about the unit. I definitely recommend for a long weekend. We also rented a car from Burton’s which was equally as adequate. Carol makes checkin and checkout very easy and unlike another car rental on the island, Burton’s is organized and legit — papers signed, the vehicle was waiting for us as expected, etc. We will be renting again.
