Breakfast ok. Tables not cleansed between patrons when staff seemed available.

Customer service severely lacking.

The room was clean! That’s what’s most important to our family and the price was reasonable. We liked having the couch in the room as well. There were plenty of power outlets which was very helpful.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, if a bit bumbling, and seemed overworked.

When I called from the airport to arrange a shuttle, I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes, and then the staffer forgot to call the shuttle. I had to call back and ask if they were coming,a nd then she called them. Something similar happened in the morning, although probably not the hotel's fault. I had arranged a 5:22 shuttle and it did not come. I went back in, a bit panicked that I would miss my flight, and the desk clerk called the shuttle and they said they would be there in 5 minutes. When they came, the driver said he had forgotten to pick me up. My room had a dirty and stained couch, very unappealing, and something sticky on the carpet right next to the bed. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and there was no central way to control it and no way to turn it down so it would make less noise, without sweltering in stale air. The shower had a VERY slippery floor, I nearly went flying as soon as I stepped in. And there was no anti-slip mat. I had expected to get dinner at the airport after I returned my rental car before taking the shuttle to the hotel, but the airport restaurant was inexplicably closed. I got to the hotel and there were no options for food. I had expected some sort of restaurant or cafe in the hotel, where one could get a simple meal. The only option was microwave ramen noodles. The rooms are fitted out with a microwave and a large fridge. One would think if you go to the expense of putting these in every room you would put some mini-bar options, some alcohol and/or snacks that guests could use and pay for. I went without dinner because the only option was to do DoorDash and that would be too time-consuming.

Everything was great! My daughter loved the pool and I enjoyed the spa! Rooms had everything you could ask for and the service was wonderful!

There were a couple times where I would go down into the lobby for questions but no one was at the counter and even after ringing the bell no one came

I have stayed previously at this hotel and given much better ratings. This Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is acceptable with multiple options, juice, and strong coffee.

The stay was ruined when I was belittled in the lobby by the general manager Gina, in front of another hotel employee and possibly other hotel guests. Her voice, tone, and gestures were very confrontational and condescending. I cannot recall ever being treated so poorly by a hotel's staff. Usually, hotels' staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Good customer service is typically a corporate priority. Gina would not let me explain about the honest mistake I had made while making the reservation, and which I had tried to remedy earlier and immediately with Booking,com. She then stated she was paid to uphold the policies of her employer and would not help me in any way. (I will continue to pursue this matter with Booking.com and the hotel owners, if possible.) I will not be returning to this hotel as I was made to feel unwelcome, and the hotel obviously does not want my business.

It was okay but the waffle station was awful. It was a mess and people were waiting for people to make 2-3 waffles each

When I used the bathroom once, it flushed.After that it would not flush again. Water had been shut off. The TV also did not work correctly. Stations did not match guide and could not access local stations.

The carpet looked as though teenagers just had a rave. There was moldy paint peeling of thr wall in the shower. There was dust on all the furnishings. The matress was straight out of the 70's, springs hurt.

Everything! The best thing about the stay was the receptionist. She was spot on ! Very helpful young lady.

The staff was absolutely amazing
