The beds were super hard, room super nasty floors dirty shower rusted nothing like the pictures listed

Property is not as described POOL is permanently closed Must do business through slide window. Mr. Patel is a liar and a theft upon arrival the property was run down he canceled my first night but didnt cancel my second night from which i booked through booking.com after he said he would. Do yourself a favor go stay at the Hampton Inn like we did I hope he takes that $89 and make some repairs

This is annoying. I paid up front for two days on reservation, but the Red Roof had no record of it when I got there. The attendant "conjured" up a fake one day reservation with a credit card I had used before on Booking.com to present me with yet another way to charge me for a reservation I had already paid for, but only one night at a higher rate; so I got a bad feeling about the whole stay and declined to stay there. They still charged me for two nights even though I didn't stay. I understood this "caveat" up front so I guess there is nothing I can do to recover my funds. I just won't us Booking.com or Red Roof ever again....
