The Pool was nice, 9ft deep, however it has white paint shedding or something.

It was dirty, unfriendly & rude staff, it smelled like cigarettes in our room, there’s mold in the tub & sink, it’s just not safe to stay here. The beds are hard as rocks and the linens don’t smell like they’ve been washed with anything besides plan water. There’s so many more cheaper & nicer hotels in Pigeon Forge.

The room was filthy. I took pictures. You advertise very clean. NOT. There was a wall in the bathroom that obviously had a water leak, if you pushed on it, it wiggled and there was water stains, the shower curtain had mold on it, around the sink was dirt, the molding had not been wiped , cleaned, washed off in a long time, very dirty. Along the edges of the carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time, all the extension cords together in a strip, I do not believe are up to code. Wanted to show you the pictures the next morning, but the office was not open when we left. VERY disappointed in this motel.

Green Valley is a nice small family owned motel.The room was clean,which is something that can make it or break it for me,looked nice and the king room was plenty big enough for me,my husband,and our small dog.I enjoyed the full length mirror in the bathroom and it had plenty of room for simple meal prep as we like to save money by not eating out every meal while on vacation.There is a table and two chairs too.There is an outdoor pool but since we came in the fall we didn't get to use it.You can walk a short ways behind the motel and see ducks and geese swimming in the stream.I was worried before coming about it not being nice because I got such a great room rate but my fears were completely unfounded as we had a clean room, comfortable bed,and saw no bugs.

The office is not staffed all day and you don't have free breakfast but for the price that was ok and there is a grocery a very short distance away so getting simple breakfast food was not a problem.

The location was great but that was all.

There were stains all over the sheets, and counters. It looked like the room was just quickly picked up. Not actually cleaned. The ice machine didn't work & there was no light working in the bathroom area by the sink. We stayed in room 307. We won't be staying here with our pet ever again.

the Ice maker wasn’t working, no Handicap parking, no elevator so if you had a wheelchair you had to struggle to get up a ramp, said they had no 1st floor rooms available??

wasn’t clean. smelled of cigarettes and animal urine with stains In carpet. couldn’t wear socks on carpet the carpet was so dirty. motel needs serious cleaning and remodeling.

Parking was terrible. The beds and pillows hard and flat. We didn't feel comfortable enough to take showers. Very ugly carpet and decor. Will not stay again.
