the room was on the first floor, plenty of fast food and convenient stores

the carpet need to be replaced and the room need to be cleaned daily

strategic location to where I had my events planned. the staff was excellent.

the breakfast was terrible.

Good location and easy drive to DC

Bed was terrible and needs replacing. Full of school children running around and knocking on doors at midnight. Then knocking on doors again at 6.30am. Doors slamming all the time, no breakfast as the kids ate everything. Don't stay when there are coaches of kids staying unless you are happy to have no sleep or food.

Not enough lighting in room and no table upon which to eat.

The location is convenient.

Poor breakfast, and after check-out, I had issues getting my $100 deposit back without any reasonable reason for it.

I booked a double king. My room began to leak and they put me in a double queen and didn’t offer any of my payment back for the inconvenience or the room downgrade

The location was perfect

Not much but in the cut away from the busy roads. Two king beds with enough room for everyone.

It’s a new-ish hotel but some of the facilities could use an upgrade. I’ve stayed twice and one room was better than the other.

Because of the cleanness in the room, we didn’t want to try the breakfast.
