My room had roaches everywhere. I checked in at 7pm and checked out at 11pm. I visit and stay in hotels often and this was the worst experience ever.

Probablemente la peor estancia que tendremos en la vida, desde que llegamos el personal de amabilidad cero, nos entregan las habitaciones una peor que la otra, llenas de cucarachas, cosas en mal estado, hay un deterioro notable tanto en las instalaciones como en la limpieza del hotel! No lo recomiendo a nadie! Nos entregaron la segunda habitación 2 horas después de llegar, y para entregarlas también querían demorar y estaba muy molesta y ya con mucho afán y no quería volver a pasar lo mismo asi que me toco hablar con la señora como pude en ingles! Un caos y un desastre total!

The room had Roaches crawling on the bed my son was sleeping on.

The property is very convenient to the highway and shopping centers, it’s a few miles from the Washington commanders stadium.

Outside the facility looks nice but on the inside it is ran down and tore up

The convenience of the location was the best part. Parking was great and accessibility to nearby restaurants.

No ice for beverages. No toilet paper in my room and when I asked for a roll, I was told that they needed to find me an 'emergency roll'... What? I was also asked when I was checkin out.. were they comine back to rectreive the roll on my departure? I was told that I could not use cash to pay, although this is NOT located anywhere on your website, Booking.com or posted at the Front Desk. There were too many people (young or homeless) hanging in and around the facility to include the lobby. There were also people roaming the hallway in their pajamas, which made me feel unsafe and people in Constuction uniforms asleep on the sofas in the lobby upon my check out in the morning. I also want to note, that the spelling of your facility name is incorrect online. It says 'WoodSping', not 'WoodSpring', which is really unprofessional from a Marketing perspective. Overall super disappointed.

Hotel was in a great location. Close to food and shopping but most of all close to the FedEx Stadium which is why we were there.

It was quiet.

They don't have breakfast. They have roaches in some of the rooms. There are prostitutes who have multiple rooms and men coming I'm and out for "services". Not a place for families and no cleaning service you pay for it or have to wash your own bedding. They never have quarters and the vending machines only work sometimes.
