The value was great, the staff was very accommodating and it was right off the freeway.
The facility is an older place, which is okay; but our bathroom ceiling had a little bit of mold on it. Also, one of the outlets didn't work.

I didn’t like it. I ended up leaving and didn’t even stay the night.
It is in a sketchy part of town, there were alcohol bottles and drug paraphernalia. They had what looked like male prostitutes hanging out in the area. The room we were assigned was right next to the smoking area. With 5 kids, one with asthma, that was a no go! The room smelled of cigarettes.

Couldn’t get heater to work in single room off suite. Door on bathroom coming apart got locked in had to have help to get out.

Room smelled like urine. Bathroom and room. It smelled very bad Not very clean mildew in bathroom window . Sheets were very worn. Had reserved a suite. They gave our room away. So we had to settle for a double room.

Springy bed, but comfortable enough. Charge for our small dog made it less competitive with similar hotel with no charge for pets.

The room was clean and staff were great.
There was no breakfast as shown on the website. They gave us what they called a grab and go which was a yogurt, breakfast bar, and a piece of fruit in a plasticbag. Felt like a school snack bag.

Nothing people lied and said we smoked in the room sat in cold to smoke and was to be a smoking room got that but no hot water and breakfast might as well go to McDonald's because it was better. Moved to no smoking room because of hot water
