Friendly staff, microwave and fridge in room, good value for price paid.

The breakfast spread (more options), the smell of cigarette smoke wasn't good, and we had to get new key cards everyday because they stopped working.

The breakfast, the cook was a great person and her grits was delicious.

the room was dirty, I found underwear on a corner, floor dirty and shower disgusting.

the staff definitely takes their time from cleaning to making sure my needs were met. breakfast is pretty good with waffles , fruit, and juices.

while everything was pretty clean, the floor under the tv was hairy and dusty like a lot of dust. the windows don’t have screens but i didn’t notice any bugs/flies. i wouldn’t say it’s an unsafe location but i definitely was uncomfortable by myself. there’s a lot of sirens, people in the hallway, and every door shutting around you sounds like a bang.

The staff was super friendly, location is great. Walking distance to walmart and a couple of restaurants.

First room was horrible. Saw ONE roach/water bug, shower drain was clogged so we couldn’t shower, hair in the shower, floors were dirty. Asked to switch room for obvious reasons. Second room was much cleaner, didn’t see bugs, however the tv, microwave and fridge wasn’t working so i’m assuming something with that outlet was wrong.

We arrived and checked into our room and noticed the entire hotel has a smell but it wasn't too bad so whatever. Then I unload my kids and go to my room and I found: • Stains on my pillows • Pack of soap had been opened and looked used and reinserted into the package. • Fire Alarm disassembled • Toilet lid was falling off • Specks of trash all over the floor. • Fridge was gone but the tray it sat on was still there and it wasn't clean. I was shown a second room and it was just as bad. • Plastic cups on the floor near the beds • Large pieces of black dirt on the bathroom floor • Water still in the shower like it was from the previous shower (not a filled tub) along with dirt Specks Other issues I am having is getting in contact with a manager, any manager to get a refund. I was told they don't know when she will be in. Last night they said it may be today or tomorrow and then today they said well it may be tomorrow or Monday... I can't get in contact with anyone higher than her. Be aware that there is NO manager on duty on weekends, so forget it if you need help from a manager. I did not stay either nights of my reservation. I had to go get a room across the street. I still do not have my money back nor have I even been able to talk to anyone in charge at the hotel. I have started a complaint through Booking. Hoping someone will pull through, as that puts me out $200 and frankly that is money I had budgeted for our household food and expenses. I don't know what I'm going to do if they don't refund it. Overall, for communication and cleanliness I give 1 star. And 3 stars for the front desk staff. But, I won't ever book here again.

I paid for a room that was suppose to be clean but when I got there I was told to wait because our rooms weren’t ready that they were getting worked on. But when we finally got to our rooms it was disgusting it wasn’t cleaned there was trash and mold in the refrigerator and it smelt like smoke and weed plus dirt all over.

The location was good. Close to Walmart and several places to eat within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Most of the people looked liked they lived there. We questioned were they running a half way house upstairs. We watched a guy change out the battery on his ankle monitor in the lobby. (They were never unruly and they were polite) While there some young Marines decided to play with the fire extinguisher. ( I understand that this is something staff couldnt control and it was investigated and handled by manager) So at 8 pm we are standing outside waiting for an all clear. This messed up the elevator and at first the front doors wouldn't shut. Doors were fixed by the time we got back from taking our Marine to base. Elevator was fixed the next day. It wasn't a bad experience, definitely interesting. Would we stay there again... probably not. Did I think about asking for a refund, many times. But we had our Marine with us during the day and my metal side piece at night.

Been there alot of times. This time was dirty. Floor hadn't been swept. Writing on mirror. The bed was so uncomfortable. All the times I had no complaints. I will never stay there again.

The front desk people were so helpful and friendly!

Our room smelled like someone smoked in it everyday we were there. It was a non smoking room and smelled so strong it was nauseating. Bathroom was grimy and drains were slow.
