There was nothing I like except the price, but then you get what you pay for. They did move my daughter to another room because her room had no heat and it was freezing that night, literally in the teens.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. There were roaches in the rooms, the sheets were shredded, cigarette burn holes in the sheets & blanket, refrigerator was nasty, the toilet looked like it hadn't been replaced in years, there were exposed wires in the heating unit, and one of the rooms didn't have heat (we booked 3 rooms).

I would have liked the lady that acts like Hitler in her own little command post to be somewhat customer friendly. She went out of her way to make things difficult and has no business dealing with the public. She tells you not to stain the towels or you pay for them. You get 1 towel - 1 wash cloth and it better come back perfect. I get running a business profitably but this lady has serious control issues and should see how her attitude affects everyone's stay in such a negative way.

I won't go on about her but the owner would be very upset if knew how she acted with not just us but all I saw her interact with - even her staff who were much nicer but feared her

Housekeeping was far below standard. If you're lucky you get Housekeeping 10 minutes a week.

Housekeeping sucked. I've been here 6 weeks. Cost to stay in hotel driver. 10 minutes a week isn't Housekeeping. Especially when I have to purchase my own trash out. And bedding was changed once a month ago.
