Nice woman at the front desk. King size suites.

The outlets and light wasn’t working on one side of the bed.

The bed was comfortable. Design of the interior was fancy. Pool looked clean but we did not use. Decent breakfast but no fruit. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly.

There was nasty stains on the bedroom wall. We had no hot water and when complained was told just to keep the water running it takes time. My husband took a cold shower that night. In the morning when I called down after several times someone answered and said that they are known to be backwards and to try the hot water in the opposite direction by then I was already dressed and ready for breakfast. The parking lot lights were directly in the window could not sleep or even close the curtains to block the light from shining in the room. bathroom floor was being re caulked and the pieces were all over the floor and we were stepping on them. Housekeeping came right in my room before we checked out.

Room was nice.

A motorcycle was literally being built right in the front entrance area.

Big room; hot options for breakfast; friendly staff; comfy beds

Found a dirty washcloth in the shower. Slight smell to room.

How the front office was so nice, we got there thinking we could just check in after driving 18 hrs asa it was on the 20th of July. When we weren't supposed to til after 300pm, they fixed us up so we could get checked in at 12pm we were exhausted thank God for them

Everything was great.

Convenience

The WiFi kept disconnecting from tv so I couldn’t watch tv sometimes.

The staff was extremely kind, competent, and helpful.

Towel and soap shortage (hand soap was by request and 2 bath towels for a family of 5 was in the room). Short shower curtain = soaked dangerously wet floors. Open trash cans near fly-infested water fountain and broken down motorcycle near entrance of lobby.
