I have stayed in this hotel several times. The rooms are adequate as are the beds. Sometimes cleaned better than others. The breakfast is mostly all right - sometimes the baked goods are still frozen when served, and a few small adjustments would greatly improve the breakfast.
The WiFi was very difficult to access. This is not in line with the hotel description, and guests should be aware.

Decent price, good location, helpful staff, breakfast was adequate. Room was large (two queens), with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and two burner stove. Shower was nice. So a good experience!
Carpet was dated. Everything else fine.

Es super cozy! Super limpio ! El desayuno está básico pero rico ! La ubicación es excelente ! Está a 10 min caminando del centro.
Además pudimos ver 2 veces las auroras desde nuestro hotel

Breakfast was great and staff was excellent. The room was clean when we arrived and very warm for the frigid temperatures outside. They offered a taxi from the airport however we were all set with a rental .
If there was anything that could be better we had quite of bit of noise from some kids running around in the room above us but it was very minor as it didn’t last long every night. Breakfast served till 10 would be nicer also.

Breakfast buffet set up caused lots of congestion. Human collision everywhere. In my opinion, drinks and condiments should be located on the side of the room, not in the center of the counter where the food is served. Folks trying to get coffee and juice right in the middle of the food setup caused lots of congestion, for sure. The man at the front counter had no problem charging me for a rollaway bed. He should have been as quick to make sure it was delivered to my room. I had to come down at 9:30 pm to kindly remind him that he charged me for a bed and I would sure like it soon so my Family had a place besides the floor to sleep. Outside of that, the stay was good.

The hotel and room weren’t up to our normal standard which was ok. The WiFi was absolutely terrible. It wouldn’t work from our room.

Fantastic sized room, plenty of free onsite parking and front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Included breakfast was good to have although options were limited and a few things had run out closer to their closing time.

Perfectly normal hotel stay. Left early the next morning for a flight.
There is a restaurant downstairs. Seemed like a convenient place to get dinner and I didn't want to go back out in the cold, but I would skip at all costs. Not very good.

The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful the room was clean and tidy and I was left alone. I wanted peace and quiet and that's what I got.
