The room was a good size. But it became dirty since no one cleaned it for the 3 days I was there.

After I checked in I found out the hotel only cleans rooms every 4 days. I was staying there for 3 days, so it was not cleaned the whole time. There is nothing worse than coming back to a dirty messy room after a long day. I called the front desk to ask for an exception to the policy - after all, I was paying $ 300 a night. A very rude manager named Ruth told me it was a COVID policy that they had decided to keep ( obviously to save money) and there was nothing that could be done about it. She said I could go find another hotel and there would be no refund.

Paid over $300/night and not even an included breakfast! $20 for the Buffett…which had great variety…but for the price of the room, should’ve been included.

Staff was not courteous. No microwave in room. Limited outlets for charging.

There was no breakfast, nor was the restaurant open at that time of day, just coffee and a few store-bought muffins. I did not realize this before booking.

Service is not great. I think there is a labor shortage

The front desk clerk was nice but did not know much about checking in people. Beds were horrible, and not comfortable, seem to be old. Needed more pillows but no one at front desk or answering phones. Restaurant was closed & nothing out for grab & go! The amount of $$$ for the rooms was not worth it & website should have more information! VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

The shuttle to the hotel from the airport was timely and complied with covid precautions. Check in was smooth and the room was clean and comfy.

Getting a shuttle from the hotel to the train depot was a bit confusing. The front desk was not manned due to low staff from covid, so it was difficult to get the right information about buses/shuttles that were being provided by the hotel.
