We were on second floor alot of banging from downstairs all night and morning breakfast was not much to choose from i reserved 2 rooms online paid for one friend paid for other but i was still charged for both rooms and have to wait 5 days for one charge to come off my account

I feel like it was next to a crack motel

There was a hot breakfast. There is an awesome Mexican restaurant in the adjacent parking lot.

The first room smelled like wet dogs and the air conditioner put so much moisture in the air that our hanging clothes were damp. The room wasnt cleaned prior to check in. There were clothes left in the bathroom and the shower still had the shampoo and conditioner bottles in there and it was filled with dirt and hair. The hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood and the pictures online are very misleading. The elevator smelled like urine. Our second room was cleaned right before we moved over. The housekeeping barely cleaned. Sheets were stained, towels are stained, bathtub had hair in it, the mirror in the bathroom was not cleaned, our key card kept getting deactivated making us have to go downstairs. The alarm clock was broken (in both rooms). There are only two outlets in the room. When I brought this to the managers attention (especially the cleaning issues) he just shrugged it off.

Breakfast gave options. Eggs seemed like they had been there a few days.

It was located next to a very questionable very run down motel that was being used as housing. Cheap isn't always better. I got what I paid for I guess.

Breakfast was ok for my husband, I need some protein. The breakfast area was clean, as well as the lobby.

The TV didn’t work, pillows were to thick for me ,as I’m small. The way into the property was confusing. Enter ace to property not marked. Our room was directly across from ice machine, not good for sleeping peacefully.

The property smelled horrible.

It was a fair price for a no frills hotel but don’t feel Wyndham is doing itself any favors for having its name associated with this particular property.

The hotel is set back and you have to drive through another property to reach this Microtel. The property shares a parking area with a slum hotel that is known for drug sales and regular police visits (we did not find that out til later). The front desk person may have had allergies but coughed all over the place during our check in process handling our credit card etc with out cleaning her hand first. Our bathroom wall had a hole punched in it from the non-existent door stopper but you could tell the hole had been there for a while. We arrived late and checked out early but there was no type of fruit to grab and go. Just left a bad taste in our mouths and we had stayed in Microtel before and had positive experience, just not with this one.
