Location was good. Nice clean pool and the pool area was safe.

The parking lots were awful narrow The queen beds are really a double bed. The room I booked didn’t look like the picture. I requested a ground floor and was told there were none at the desk. But I called from the room to complain and got moved to a smaller room still with a double bed.

Staff are very nice, pool area, and location!

Rooms needs some renovations. Rooms didn’t feel too clean.

The location and the room was good size. The room was very clean.

Pool was full of bugs and I had to clean it before I could swim. no access to the lake from the street

The location wasn't bad for a quick stay and an easy walk into Lake George.

The room could have been a little cleaner. I found potato chips under the bed and some random junk. I also didn't like that when I got there to check in, the staff asked for my credit card # as "standard procedure in the event of damages". I provided my CC#, which they wrote down on a pre-printed form, including exp. date & my security code, which I did not notice at first. A week later my CC was compromised. I've never seen this procedure at any other place I have stayed and, in hindsight, I should have called it out and declined. While the procedure is mentioned on here, I just didn't expect it to be written on a form which may not have been disposed of properly. Be prepared for this "standard procedure" and, honestly, look elsewhere for a place to stay.
