The breakfast was great. It was one of the best varieties I have ever had. and The indoor pool was nice, being 85 degrees, and it was clean with enough towels for everyone.

I was not aware that the hotel was under a renovation when I booked. The elevator was down, the carpet was being pulled up, and the trim was not present. The walls were being replaced as well. We were on the third floor, and if I had known that all this was happening, I would have stayed elsewhere. I have remodeled my house in the past and didn't want to relive it.

Beds, room, hot water, breakfast, bathroom supplies were all good.

Outdated pool, stains in the battub, and small tv.

Too much noice from other guests in the halls. Yelling and screaming children. At all hours. Rooms need to be more soundproof. Or put couples on floors away from families with children. Bath tub in our room should also be cleaned or replaced.

Our room 234 was next to the elevator. You could hear it inside the room. The ac made a little noise when it came on.

Very friendly staff. A good morning from every worker. The desk staff was sweet and full of smiles.

No ventilation in pool room or bathrooms. Needs a little updating but very good price for where we stayed. Close proximity to everything.

We stayed for four nights and felt comfortable and safe. The breakfast was included and was good. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool. A/C kept the room cool, so that was a plus. The location was very good and close to shows and the island. We would probably stay here again.

The kids didn’t like the white bubble foamy pool. It also was very hot and stuffy in the pool area. It needed some air movement.

Room was adequate and clean. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good and not real noisy. The breakfast was great, and we were pleased with the daily variation of hot selection along with the overall selections.

Everything was just fine. The only thing that might have been better is if there were two elevators instead of one. No major issues, but the sink could use a little Draino to make it drain a little faster.

Great parking capacity, uncrowded, provided breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee available at all hours.

The only issue I had was the night shift employees sleeping. Our first night one was sleeping on the couch and the other nights sleeping at the desk. The doors to front entrance don't lock so anyone could have come in that didn't need to be there.

Very clean, quiet and very friendly staff. Will stay again for sure! Breakfast bar was very nice and filling and location is perfect.

The room was hot day and night. Stuffy. The air conditioning was obviously controlled by the hotel. We tried to cool the room and it would not cool. Got up early the second day and just left. Outside air was better than inside. Other travelers were also leaving as we were and complaining they were hot and sweaty. I’ve never stayed anywhere before where I couldn’t control the room temperature. It was terrible.
