Lobby closed from midnight til 8am so no access to ice machine, coffee Bar was not available for 2 days since worker was underage and couldn’t serve alcohol. Both amenities stated online but weren’t available , Very disappointing. Emailed general manager twice but no response

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable.

Not enough hooks in bathroom. Clothes bar in sleeping area not high enough to hold shirts and jackets. Balconies need a small table. An extra lounge chair would be nice.

Everything in the room was cozy and it was clean. the staff were attentive to our needs.

only con for me is you have to go to the main building where you check in at to eat breakfast. I was traveling with my grandmother who cannot walk far distances too long so she was not able to enjoy the breakfast that was provided.

We loved the location, the staff were very friendly, and the loft room was spacious and fun! The two bathrooms were a great added bonus.

The bed was really hard and left me waking up every hour sore. I would have used the kitchenette if there was a mini bottle of dish soap to clean up. While we loved the loft, it made the acoustics so the person downstairs heard the upstairs TV loudest and the person upstairs heard the downstairs TV loudest.

The room we stayed in was quiet, clean. Nicely decorated. The new appliances that were provided worked really well.

As a thought I am thinking that the kitchenette is there for convenience, and not necessarily there to be used by most travelers. I am one of those travelers that loves to cook, and not go out to eat for pleasure. The cookware that was provided, was awful. If I had not brought the right ingredients to cook with, it would have not turned out well. The utensils provided not good either. Tried to open a can with can opener provided, did not work, it was rusted and old. The room did not come with paper towels, no dish soap, just powdered soap for the dishwasher. It is not set up to be user friendly. I also did not appreciate that we were ambushed by a salesperson to sell a time share.

Very roomy, terrific kitchen, loved the loft bedroom.

They charged an extra fee of $77 over and above the room rate. Overcharged!!!!!

It had a good location, it was quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was substandard. The room was clean and nicely furnished.

Didn’t like being approached by a timeshare person. I booked through bookings and didn’t realize it was a time share.
