Beautiful beach, low crowds, some sun days and some cloudy days but never a bad day on the beach. The condo and owners were great! We have been renting condos for years and this was tho first one we felt like we were staying with friends! Thank you again!

Couldn't be better!
We did not think #602 Tropic Isles could get any better after our previous stay two years ago. Now we realize that Jo & Don must spend lots of time considering improvements & then executing their plans! Think a few steps above perfect and you'll be close.
The complex itself has been totally restored since the hurricane - NO workmen on the roof or hanging off the side of this building. The new patio doors & railings are especially impressive.
We hope #602 will be part of our winter getaway for years to come.

I stayed here while being 32 weeks pregnant and I was very concerned with staying away from home so far along in my pregnancy with small children in tow. I’m happy to share that it was a great decision to take a vacation and this condo had everything I needed to be just as comfortable as I would have been at home. My family can’t wait to come back.

The condo was just as advertised and had everything we needed for a weeklong family vacation in gulf shores. Check in was easy and the location cannot be beat. Overlooks the beach and within walking distance of anything you might need during your vacation. Owners were very easy to work with. Tropic isles 602 will be the only place we rent for our return trips !

Great property, although it was a little inconvenient, it was good to see that maintenance and upkeep projects were being done to maintain the property. Awesome view from the balcony and owners were very attentive to our needs. We certainly will return to this property.

Short but sweet
Even though we departed early due to the tropical storm, we enjoyed our short stay. The condo was very nice, clean and Jo was very easy to work with. We look forward to staying in this condo again.

Great condo and great location!
This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we had a fabulous time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and we were 200 steps to the beach! The beaches were not overly crowded and we were within walking distance to a few restaurants. The condo was exactly like the pics online. Great views and a wonderful patio to sit and start and end the day. The dinner recommendations were spot on as well and everywhere we ate had great food. Highly recommend this condo!

Central location
Located in the heart of the Gulf Shores shopping/ice cream /restaurant action, this property is five units wide and 8 floors tall. The smaller population gives you a bit more space on the beach in front of it than many of the other high rises and condos in the area. We liked being on the 6th floor. We had the pool with another family or two at the most during the day. The host gave fantastic restaurant suggestions and had beach chairs available for all four of us. From other reviews and talking to other guests, I think this listing is one of the nicest in the entire building.
I would definitely suggest a white noise machine for any future guests. The building is extremely loud. We could hear people moving furniture above, below, next to us the entire week's stay. Every time a door slams, the whole unit would shudder.

And everything else about this condo. Perfect size for us, great, beach decor, and the ability to park the car and walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was quick and they were very kind. A wonderful get-away!

Perfect Getaway
Tropic Isles 602 was absolutely perfect! Great location and excellent hospitality from Jo! Loved being right on the beach and had excellent views—saw dolphins from the balcony a couple mornings! Can’t say enough great things about our stay!
