We liked having two king beds in separate rooms.

Rarely use these breakfasts because after a while on the road, they are repetitive. Hot tub not working.

Everything was great and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome!

Pool wasn't functional...T.V. didn't work....disappointing visit overall.

It’s clean and the rooms are nice.

Bed very comfortable, room was great. Also front desk clerk was very helpful, making sure we had coffee even though we were leaving before breakfast started.

It was a little ways off the highway but not bad.

We had to wait til after 4 pm for the roo. To be cleaned.

Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise.

Shower drain was clogged and full of long hair. Front desk person came and recleaned bathroom but couldn't deal with clogged drain. She offered to move us, but we were already settled in and my husband has some mobility issues. Just didn't use the shower.

Location is convenient for whom likes to visit Chrystal Hot Springs.

We were placed in a room at the second floor and were disturbed a lot by the noises coming either from the other rooms or the corridor. The rooms could’ve been sound proof.

it was super close to the freeway which made it nice for us to easily get to our hotel. and the staff was super nice and helpful.

the pool wasn’t open. and the heater kept blowing cold air then hot air so the room was either freezing or super hot.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is good and convenient. Very quiet, however they should put guests with pets on a different floor or area of the hotel from those that don't have their pets with them

The breakfast was okay. Out of OJ, potatoes were cold, no bagels, or regular cream cheese. not much of a selection. The pool was not open again, nor the hot tub. Which is not told when you book your stay. Most ppl go with kids and the kids like to swim. I think a partial refund should be given due to this inconvenience.
