Breakfast very basic, internet not strong

Conveniently close to Dulles airport for catching an early flight. The room was very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering how close the airport is.

No one was at the desk when I arrived to check in, for about 20 minutes.

The location

The toilet flush in the the room we were given did not work and had to be moved to another room room at midnight. The toilet light was temperamental in the room we were moved to!

Clean and staff was friendly and helpful

Too far from Union Station and taxi was very expensive they booked for me.

- Door lockers need to be replaced. - no one around and cares of dining are during breakfast, it was a big miss.

Short distance from the airport was great. Staff was very helpful and nice . The price was the best part .

The bathroom could of been cleaner. The shuttle didn’t run early enough for us to use back to the airport which wasn’t good. I almost canceled my reservation due to the shuttle not being available to pick us up or drop us off at the airport. Rooms are outdated but served the purpose. The cab company the staff lined up for us the next morning was a rip off . He charged us double what we paid to get to the hotel from the airport. I’d suggest finding another cab company to use for your guests .

Room was large and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was very handy. The staff I dealt with were helpful and polite.

The could barely get wifi signal in my room and the TV was very dated. The lighting in the room is strangely sparse and you have to use the lamps. Other than that, my stay was good.
