The location was close to the airport
It had an odor. The room was not appealing, it was very outdated. The tub was pealing

Convenient for the airport without paying airport hotel prices.
It was fine for us as we landed from the UK at night and just needed a place to stay before collecting hire car in the morning.
Bed wasn't very comfortable, facilities were fine but aged. Seemed a little grubby but that might just have been because everything was a bit tired (carpet, furnishings, wall paint etc). I wouldn't want to stay more than a night.

The staff at the reception was nice and check in went smoothly. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport.
The 'to go' breakfast was better than we expected.
Probably we were just not lucky with the room. The room was dark and the pillows/linen did not smell very fresh. The bathroom was functional but needs a renovation.

AC did not work, very hot in the room, my son got a noise complaint… he’s 2!! & the police were called and lied to saying it was domestic assault

I had messaged the property the day prior to my flight and warned them that my flight would land at midnight, so I would need to check in around 1am. when I arrived to the lobby, it was of course locked which I expected, however the phone that was provided to dial 0 for late check in was either not ringing inside or the person that was supposed to be working was nowhere near hearing distance. I called the hotel reservation line from my cell phone, and the woman working had NO other phone numbers other than the lobby number. She tried calling several times herself and when that failed, she tried to book me a room in nearby hotels. None of those hotels had rooms available, so she said I would have to continue standing outside in freezing temperatures to wait for staff to show up.
Another hotel guest also came to the lobby to get help, and she tried pounding on the doors and windows to get staff’s attention. She checked through the laundry room windows to see if the staff was doing laundry but no one was in there. she ended up pulling the fire alarm and several minutes after that, the man working came to the lobby with a bunch of excuses as to why he wasn’t working. He never apologized and was screaming at the other guest. When I asked if I could at least get a late checkout due to this inconvenience, he got an attitude and said “no, you’ll have to call after 7am and ask the next person for one”. When I got to my room, all of the lights in the room were broken except the bathroom light. When I tried to call the lobby in the morning to ask for a late checkout, the phone in my room was broken as well.
This all happened from 1am to 2am the morning of November 10, 2022. It was the worst experience I’ve ever been through as a guest at any hotel.

This was emergency accommodation after we were delayed flying the location was perfect as it wasn't to far from airport, the beds were very comfy
The cleanliness of the room was very poor, there were cobwebs down the side of drawer unit with husks of something, the carpet had black marks which my friend thought were beatles (just black marks) there was no explanation on how to use the air conditioner so the room was extremely ice cold to sleep in.

We were not advised there was a breakfast. The paper in the room said to call the desk on discharge, leave-keys in room and then go. But the room phone didn’t work and switchboard didn’t answer when we used our cell phone to call. What did we like—hmmm the bed was okay and sheets seemed clean.
The carpet was filthy with lint, bits of paper and a piece of red candy stuff to it. The chair had a used tissue laying in the seat. The towels were damp, I guess from being taken out of dryer too soon.
On arrival we were told that the hotel was oversold and they didn’t have a room for us after already receiving a confirmation that we had a room reserved. Then another staff member came out and found us a room, but we waited 18 minutes to get that room while the rushed to set it up. So no it wasn’t a great impression!

Good location. Everything else not
First when you walk into the room, it was very smelly almost foul smell. we turned on a/c open doors and windows. windows did not have screen. kitchen had no working stove, no appliance, dishes, nothing. Fridge was leaking water underneath, door wasn’t closing, faucet was not working. Bath had towels but nothing else it wasn’t even cleaned, hair was all over. We had to spray clean the room. I would give this place a negative number. Unfortunately, we did not have mach choice of rooms/beds with children.
