The shower head was to short and tv kept going in and out

Easy to find, pool was open, staff were friendly

In room 126 the air conditioner was not working correctly. It was very hot in the room as it’s summer . TV service sucked. Channels didn’t come in clear.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet I got a good night's sleep. Staff is friendly.

I don't have any negative comments.

Location

The person who checked us in was rude. When we walked in, he said yea, that was his geeting. I was a little taken back, but shrugged it off. It didn't get any better after that. It was a little awkward. I wanted to cancel, but we needed to get someone to the airport at 5am and the location was good. The guy who I gave my key to in the morning, though, seemed a lot nicer and actually greeted us and told me to have a good day.

The cleanliness and staff

There was this light in the room that prevented me from sleeping. Doesn't make sense paying for a hotel room and can't get to sleep because the room is fully lit, leaving me exhausted the following morning

I liked the euro re-styling of the bathroom and the desk area. I liked micro wave and fridge. Bed was comfortable

They were very accommodating for me and my sweet cat Mia. I had already booked at super 8 across the way from another sight I use. but they refused me when I had told them I had a cat. The young man was horrible, thankfully they’re franchised. I left a review as well for that place. Because the other two I stayed at before I got to that one was very accommodating to us. was praying that this place wouldn’t do the same to us after driving 14hrs to get to my Daddy in the hospital. My experience from here on out and this is IF I have to do this all again, travel across country in a timely manner. call first before booking anything. I was screwed out of $500.00 from this booking.com for my rental that I had booked through them because of the airport rental car place saying they wouldn’t take my debit card. showed them the rules that were stipulated in my booking for the place that it clearly said it took debit and credit cards. wooo weee another night getting in at 1am so I could go attend my Momma’s funneral just last September of 2022. again had to go to another rental car place and spend another $1200.00. so again I would do a little more than just book and go with booking.com. never ever got my money back have proof of all the emails that I had sent too. the only way you can correspond with them. so I will never book a vehicle with them again. hoping this helps out others. they never let me do a review until this one so I figured I get it all out on this one. take the good with the bad is a very good saying for this sight on booking things.

Everyone was nice and helpful.

No extra pillows, my husband had a broken foot and ankle and needed to elevate his foot. Also the people above us had dogs that ran all night long. I think the people above us worked nights as they were long term occupants. As soon as they left the dogs would run and jump from beds. We know it was the dogs as we went up to ask them to stop. No one answered the door but dogs barked at us.

it was well located

I booked a room with a bathtub, instead I got a disabled access room…no bathtub, instead a very small shower and the shower head was designed for a short child. It made showering uncomfortable. also it would have been nice to have been provided a small shampoo

They allowed me to check in an hour early. And did not have to. But being that I'm handicapped, they allowed me early check-in

The staff was very friendly, clean for the most part not loud.

Booking.com said that there is a shuttle from the airport but there is NOT. I walked with my luggage which was not ideal.
