the property is well kept, very clean and has a lot of extra activities, we will be back again..

Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable and soft so we would roll into the centre. The room was very dated and tired.

The rooms were Marvellous, having two bathrooms was a real treat. The beach was beautiful and almost empty, the children loved it. Odd that the outdoor pool was warmer than the indoor one. The outdoor pool surroundings were a bit Grim. It was a great location for going into Provincetown. Great value for money

Based on the reviews which we had found from more recently we expected a very below average stay. Yes, some aspects of the hotel/ motel are tired and it could do with a refresh. That stated, the parking was fine and there were lots of empty spaces still the next morning, the fold-down bed was very comfy and our room (on the end of a block) was quite and we had a good night's sleep. Would I take my family to stay there for a holiday? Likely not. Was it a good value stop on our trip? Definitely. Provincetown was lovely and the hotel and its location is ideal for a brief stay.

The room we stayed in could do with a refresh and it appeared to smell like it had been Febreezed, so likely it's not been refurbished since it had been a smoking room.

Location was great on the beach. Easy walk to stores and restaurants nearby. Easy to find room and check in. Good for the price.

Toilet seat broken,bathroom floor rotting(spongy) near tub,Hot tub broken very out dated,not worth the money

I booked it for my family's first trip to Cape Cod. Then I discovered it wasn't close to the downtown. Not within walking distance. So it is not ideal to stay and wander around. It is perfect for just staying in the hotel for days. Not my case, though.

Most of the facilities, such as swimming pool and breakfast were suspended. So really nothing to use there. The hotel room looks like old-fashioned time-share. The kitchen was not a full size one. The bathroom was tight. The balcony, however, was really big. But we only stayed one night there, so it was not of many use.

great location, close to downtown attractions. nice heated indoor pool, hot tub was closed for maintenance at the time but it’s still off season so understandable. Room and kitchenette were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sheet and pillow case was stained , we used our sweaters as pillow cases , the floors were dirty , I disinfected the place and the wipes were dirty. The neighbors were pretty loud heard everything

Resort is just outside Provincetown. It was off season, and very, very quiet, which is what I was looking for. Beach was fabulous. View from the room was lovely. Everything was clean and freshly painted.

It was off season, so keep that in mind....the only ice was in the lobby at the other end of the property. They have NO food. Not even a vending machine. They did sell a few snacks at reception, but stuff like twizzlers and cookies. Either cook or drive to get food.

Right on the bay which is fantastic!

The beds are not comfortable at all!!!! The TV was maybe 16"! How the heck to you see something so small from across the room?! The hot water in the shower was barely warm enough to get in, definitely not hot water!
