The manager was rude the rooms was dirty the pool was dirty the air conditioner wasn’t working

Nothing at all.

the customer service is too bad, I had the check-in at 11:00 AM, for which I arrived at that time with my family and when trying to talk to the person at the reception I only received bad words; I had to wait until 2:00 PM to receive the room. Upon entering the place, it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, which was very uncomfortable for my family, and no way to file a complaint because the person at the reception was very rude.

Nothing like me…was a awful experience . Dirty room (Bedding, Bathroom, microwave, fridge), smells so bad, no body was in the office for the check out. So I didn’t put the key card under the door of the office. The location is awful.

Awful experience

There was a giant wet spot in the floor and we ended up with lice.

The room was very dirty and there was a sticky bug trap next to bed, full of bugs. The room smelled terrible and the linens were stained. The bathroom had cob/spider webs full of dead bugs and was definitely not cleaned. The pool was not filled, but looked like it might be in the process of being repaired.

No breakfast,the location is ok

The room is super nasty with lots of mildew in the bathroom and beds area lots of spider webs, small bugs,beds horrible and floor nasty

the location was conveniently close to Niagara Falls in a quiet location

everything! super uncomfortable, staff was rude and ignored us, very dirty, there was a hole in the wall and critters above us making noise all night!
