Everything was great. Third time to stay at Arbors.

Need to upgrade elevator, bit slow. Install another elevator for housekeeping. Would be more efficient for guest and employees.

The bathroom was EXCEPTIONAL! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and nice. We were within walking distance of the attractions we wanted to do, and we had a ball!

Something you can't do a thing about.. Getting across the road to turn into the parking lot when it is busy is a nightmare, but that is out of your control.

We liked the pool, coffee available around the clock, shower and sink.

Couple bugs in the bed were the only blemish to our stay.

Exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff. Room were clean and updated. This will definitely be a location I will come back to in the near future.

I arrived and at the moment of checkout I was warmly greeted, given a packet with wifi information, tickets to get free pancakes at Reagan across the street for each morning I was staying and local suggestions on fun things nearby. The room was amazing with a great view, fire place and a huge jacuzzi. It was so clean and all the extra touches including towel animals and 2 hershey kisses.

Honestly it was an amazing relaxing experience. Next time I want to stay longer.

The front desk gentleman was funny and friendly. I loved that there was no carpeting in the room. A towel animal on the bed with 2 Hershey kisses. The room was very clean and had no odors. It was super close to the Island. Arbor at island landing is in a fabulous location. The rate was very reasonable. Everything about our weekend was perfect. This hotel exceeded my expectations and that is hard to do.

The location is great. It is an easy walk to The Island and next to the river. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I booked a queen room but we were out in a double room. When we checked in the girl that checked us in was rude and very short.

The breakfast deal they offer is awesome. We were able to walk to the Island where there’s a lot of restaurants and things to do. The location is great. The balcony is a plus I’m sure, but it was too cold to sit outside while we were there. The office staff are really friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in this unit is in dire need of work, especially the shower. This is really my only complaint.
