Good location for visiting family. Great breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Lots of options.

I would have liked the ability to have a rollaway bed in our room with 2 Queens. I would have liked more towels at the pool.

Overcharged. Breakfast was included but I got overcharged I asked for a receipt when I checked out and the front desk wouldn’t give me one. Said I would get one from booking.com but I never did

The room was spacious and clean. I particularly loved the fitness center, which was excellent. There was always free coffee and water with lemon at the entrance, which was super nice.

Breakfast at the hotel is higher quality, but it limits the amount of food you can eat. If you are going for a large breakfast, then it is not ideal.

The bed was the best part of my stay!!!

Little mix up with breakfast since I didn't book with Holiday Inn directly. It was settled fairly easily. Had no idea the regional Little League tournament was going on...so it was kind of loud.

The location was good, room was big. Pool was nice

The room was very sparse and bathroom was small. Room wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm on checkin. Had to call front desk 4 times over 3 hours to get bedding for fold out couch, finally got it at 9:40 pm, room phone didn’t work. Hot tub was under renovation and it was one of the main reason I booked there. Staff seemed overwhelmed

No where to park,elevator is not working,ice machines not working,laundry room shakes the walls,over charged,staff under educated about policy and property
