Breakfast at Homewood Suites is always a hit for us. They keep their hot foods fresh. The hotel has great sound insulation and is pretty quiet. For the price you pay, they have some luxurious wood trim surrounding the kitchen and library areas. Also, the front desk staff is very polite and accommodating.
The swimming pool isn't open during the winter.

I messaged that I was traveling with a dog. They did not indicate that there was a $75 pet fee. It IS mentioned on their website but I booked through booking.com so didn’t know this.

The breakfast was delicious! Every one of the staff we met was friendly and accommodating!
The garbage can for the kitchen was way too small and our garbage disposal didn't work - probably because the guest before us put coffee creamer pods down it (we dug 3 out of disposal.) We also could have used at least 1 more dish cloth and dish towel + we only had 1 packet of dishwasher detergent.

Great location next to the river and restaurants and a big and well equipped room.
There was a humming noice coming from the laundry dryer, which would have disturbed had I been in the room during the day.

The breakfast and variety of breakfast items was excellent. The staff was superb.
There was an issue between the hotel not having our reservation which we made through Booking.com. This caused a minor issue which was accommodated to the best of the hotel's ability. We had asked for a single king room and ended up with a double queen.

There isn't really anything we don't like, but would love to see if maybe dinner nightly could be an option in the future. Either complementary or even at a charge.

Change the curtains, the lights from outside was in my face and couldn’t sleep all night. The curtains do not close.

The room had everything you could need and then some...and a kitchen...a huge bedroom and bathroom with a door...amazing breakfast and different entree choices every day...and the front desk guys and the night shift guy, Kenny...are five stars beyond amazing...you all made me feel like a princess in a castle 🏰...bless you from the bottom of my heart ♥!!!

Got a river view. Had the Wed night supper. 3 days of breakfast. Very good for hotel . Employees were very friendly and helpful.
Had problem checking in. Used a booking app but reservation wasn't there when I tried to check in. Calvin at front desk called and got it straightened out. It was 5:00 o'clock and fairly busy. Great employee.
