Staff, location, discount at restaurants, free shuttle, coffee anytime, gym.
Guests at breakfast stealing food. One mother and daughter actually brought zip lock bags and loaded them up. Kitchen had to refill bagels and muffins. Another made 5 plates stacked up to the elevator. This is why most hotels don't offer breakfast any more or there is a charge for it.

The property was perfect comfort and location was on point. The room was cozy and loved the large size bathroom.
The coffee and breakfast was good, the safe was very friendly. Would return and recommend.

Our stay was outstanding. I spent two days at the hotel with my wife and two children and the staff’s friendliness made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast options were excellent and my children loved being able to use the pool as much as they wanted to. The hotel was very helpful with looking after baggage and providing a reliable shuttle service.

The continental breakfast was high quality and easily accessible. Nice big space for plenty of people to enjoy at the same time.
The staff was friendly and very helpful as I am sure they cater to many out of town vacationers.
The airport shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very friendly and helpful.
Have a relationship with a couple of the restaurants very close where you can get discounts with them by showing your room card.
Swimming pool and fire pit out back were very clean and appealing.
A few restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel but gas stations and convenience stores were a little further away. Nothing Hampton Inn can control but a slight inconvenience.

Easy check-in and shuttle transportation at all hours. We had a very early flight so this met our expectations. The location offers many options for dinner etc. so that would be a plus for travelers.
The hallways look a little worn and dark, as did the room but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was also noisy people in the hallway but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again.

Super close to the airport and shuttle service was fast even for our late flight. Convenient because we got picked up for the cruise in the morning and they had plenty of places to sit and wait for that. Very yummy breakfast with lots of options.

Great location close to the airport and I really appreciated the shuttle service to assist us in returning our rental car in addition to assisting us getting to the airport the morning of our flight. I also appreciated the friendly staff helping check us in as well as the snack bag as we left for our flight
The bartender during happy hour was less than attentive and didn't seem to know much about what was available.

The hotel accommodated a suite for us due to motion sickness after a cruise. The hotel was also near eateries and choice vendors within two miles.
I loved that the hotel provided personal care items, recognizing persons may not have opportunities to get them being away from home.
there was no blender for the bar, otherwise the drinks were well made.

Pleasant and courteous. Driver to the airport was amazing and really helped us out.

- Staff, especially at breakfast, was great in aerving the clients
- Room was comfortable and large for a family
- Parking at 3 am when we arrived, was very restrictive. We were lucky to find one spot after going around rhe property twice.

I requested a room with not connecting door. I received an email that the hotel would try to accommodate my request. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the person who received me about the room and she assured me that there was no connecting door. However, the room did have a connecting door.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and made you feel at home.the seating area opposite the pool was very relaxing in the evening.
