The property was amazing, easy to access and in close proximity to all theme parks. There are three other hotels on property which you have access to, including the pools which I thought was a great inclusion. The property also had a 24/7 gym which was helpful.

I didn’t enjoy the shuttle system with set timings and personally opted for uber each day which was about $18 USD with tip.

Não tem ônibus pra Universal. Tivemos que mudar de quarto porque o nosso estava cheio de mofo no teto.

El desayuno fue bueno y muy suficiente. La ubicación es muy buena para visitar los parques de Disney y está muy cercano de otras atracciones. La habitación fue cómoda, aunque olía un poco a humedad.

The Breakfast Area was very roomy, yet very busy, but had a wide array of options and choices for the kids, family and friends! Very friendly staff and had everything one could ask for in a Continental Breakfast and more!

I didn't like having to go back home to work.... I wanted to stay the whole week! Always my favorite place to stay, and I look forward to coming back really soon!

I liked most of the things.

That we have to pay for a bottle of drinking water when that should be free. Breakfast is free and you don't provide a family hotel free drinking water. I didn't like that you didn't have any spanish channels in orlando. Your wifi was very slow. I tried to watch my Netflix and couldn't watch it.

My room had a water leak, which soaked the carpet and caused our luggage and clothes to get wet. After returning from a day out, we found a noisy centrifugal air mover in the room. Despite asking the reception to remove it, no one came. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide comforters for all the beds, and when I requested one, they were out of stock.

The bunk beds were a great choice for our family. Beds themselves were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Staff was excellent. Lots of decent breakfast options, my kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffles. Pool was clean we enjoyed our swimming time and the hot tub looked nice!

It was loud next to the highway, there is nothing to block the sound from traffic. The property is in need of refurbishing, the outside looks run down, from the pool area some windows look disgusting, curtains appeared shredded, the few windows with screens were torn and had holes. We had a room with bunk beds which was super nice because our boys don’t bed share well, but the beds didn’t have blankets which we didn’t realize until bedtime. While our room was clean it smelled very musty upon arrival, the room was very humid. We set the AC lower and that definitely helped with the smell a bit. I was told via text right before arrival that parking was $19 a day, it ended up being $22, closer to $23.50 with tax, having their own parking lot I have no idea why parking was so expensive, it’s not downtown. The lack of grab and go breakfast options was irritating, we did two late night parties at the parks and when we didn’t get back to the hotel until 2 am we weren’t ready to eat breakfast by 9:30, but they didn’t have any package yogurt or cereal.

The room was dirty, socks from the previous people were found in the room. Shower curtain was stained, bathroom floor was dirty.

Todo bien en cuanto al precio y la calidad, era lo esperado.

Debería tener más variedad en el desayuno y el estacionamiento debería tener un precio más bajo.

Location

Dirty! The room smelled like mold , the shower curtain smelled like pee. The carpet was disgusting! I wonder how a Marriot allow these room standards! A hotel room should be a place you look forward to come back to, unfortunately this wasn’t our case.

Conveniently located to the location of the dance competition we were attending; loved the size of the family suite and our children enjoyed the bunk beds
