room was what was shown in photos

check in is 12p, room wasnt ready until after 4p, knocked on door to wake me ip an hour before check out to remind me about check out time, asked for toilet paper and was told no, it was to much of a hassle for them to grab.

Nothing!! There was nothing about this hotel to like!! Spend the extra and go somewhere else!

Everything!! Once arrived and checked in the room smelled like 50 different cleaning solutions, but nothing was cleaned!! I kept my door open to air it out!! Turn on the air... nope!! I went to turn in the air and there was BLOOD DROPS in the air conditioner & on the curtain!! Went to take a shower and there was hair... not like a little string of hair, no a LONG CLUMP of hair in the wall of the shower!! I left my clothes on, slept on top of the blanket and checked out first thing in the morning!!! I walked across the street to grab a quick bite to eat from the grocery store. I got something from the deli because I didn't want to use the microwave!!

I did not know they served breakfast. Room was very clean. Thank you for that.

There was no info regarding facility, how to use tv, no extras such as hair dryer, coffee maker or local restaurants.

The room was ok, fairly clean

Not clean and unfriendly reception. It feels like towels were just recorded. Didn't smells fresh like on day 1.

Room, common areas, and pool were clean. Beach was well organized with staff to assist with chairs and umbrellas. Didn't see a way to order food or drinks, there was no QR code to scan.

Charging a parking fee is a money grab. $4 to go coffee is another money grab. The jacuzzi no longer exists, but is on their maps. Most services were not available during our June 19-22 stay (yoga, spa). The spa did not call back until the day after we left.

The room was very nice with nice design and furniture. Jacuzzi was very relaxing and bed was very comfortable.

That the room wasn't clean for check in time and we had to wait 1hr for room to be clean after our check in time to go in our room.

The rooms were impeccable... They were beautifully decorated.. I stayed in the one with the angel wallpaper and I was blown away.. it was an emergency situation for us, ( we lost power on the coolest nite) so we got there really late so I would LOVE to stay a FULL nite or 2 and experience another beautiful room!!! I loved it!! I've told several people about it.. I can't wait to go back!!!!! Thank you again...

Just the sheets... They weren't fitted and almost looked like they weren't changed but I think it was bc the mattress was so thick but it didn't meet the standards of the beautiful room... That's the only thing I can say otherwise I was pleasantly surprised
