Beautiful environment, very friendly staff, front desk, bell hop, and valet were all very attentive and happy to help. Great location to go to all the places we wanted to go to. It was quiet and dark, was able to sleep comfortably. Wonderful bathroom, great walk in shower with shower head and wand, nice hot water.

The room wasn’t exactly like what the room showed, which we chose from the list. Was expecting a much larger space with a separate living room from the sleeping area. Some of our time there was to be able to relax in the room. The sitting area was not comfortable at all. Only a computer chair and one chair?!

It is perfectly located and beautiful. The rooms are rennovated and they rock! The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating

The elevator took forever to become available, only to find it over-crowed. The room had minimal ammenities, such as ... no microwacve, no mini frig. , poor lighting, tv remote that quit working through the night, bath towels that were as rough as sandpaper, no hand-lotion, an iron that needed to be cleaned...no steam, no complimitary breakfast.

The greeting from the desk clerk he was excellent, I'm an older lady and he made me feel comfortable. Sorry i don't remember his name. He was there Friday evening 11/25/23. I asked him to take my picture and he was happy to do it.

The whole facility was really nice. We picked it due to the location and that did not disappoint. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to visit.

It got awkward at the front desk when checking in between 2 employees; mainly only 1 making things awkward. But it didn't involve us, just awkward to witness. Besides that, everything was great.
