The hot water

The peeling paint in the bathtub. The spot on the wall where a picture had been removed. ,the drawer missing in the broke dresser that they tried to charge me for,and the lite burnt out by the bed, ..no phone ,no Bible, only two towels ,one wash cloth ,one roll of toilet paper. I was very disgusted ......also was charged a $100 deposit on top of the price of the room and there was nothing said about a deposit on the booking app,,and the clerk said nothing bout a deposit until after the room was paid for then the deposit was charged against my card ..I had to ask what the extra charge was he was charging to my card ...there was a handwritten notice on a 3×5 card taped to the counter about the deposit..check out was a disaster because I had to wait 20mins for the desk clerk to radio a maid to go to the room and clear it for me to receive my deposit back ,imagine if I was in a hurry n just left ,,well then who gets my deposit of 100$ ? Thank you for your time n I will not be staying at this location any more because of the trauma of worrying around getting charged for broken missing furniture and having to share a towel and wash cloth and hand towel with my spouse .....good day ...also 123$ was not a reasonable price for the quality of stay ..

nothing, the room was full of cockroaches, rats and bugs that i have to leave to get another hotel and I didnt stay there for a single night. It was a mess that night, all I need is my refund.

The room was below standard conditions not sanitary nor could you have entered the room once it locked itself from the inside. I request my balance as it was not supposed to have been charged at all. We didn’t stay in 5 minutes without trying to disinfect with a spray and use our Clorox wipes.

I liked how close it was to the venue.

Very dirty. Run down. AC didn’t cool. Found dirty used rags inside the drawers of the tv stand. Cigarette burns on the blankets.

Located near entertainment venue.

Active mold cultures in the shower. Stained white bedspread. Mold above main window. Ceiling falling apart. Non-fresh odor. Grimy beat up door/frame. Dangling wiring.

One months ago, I reserved a room here and pay on app. We arrived there at midnight and checked in but unfortunately, when we opened the door of room, we found another person was in the room. The hotel’s staff just said sorry and we do not have another room. So we asked to cancel the reservation but they did not help us any more. They did not pay back our money until now.

It’s wad run down, filthy, bugs in the tub and all around the room. The tub had a black streak down the middle of it . The person who checked us couldn’t have been any more rude if he tried. All kinds of sketchy activity going on in the parking lot . We left as soon as the sun came up the next morning and never even used the bathrooms they were so disgusting.

Everything was horrible...it's basically a trap motel..if you're looking to buy drugs and tricks all night, this motel is for you..if you are looking for a peaceful night's rest, this is not for you

Right next to a wing house and gas station. Ac units worked well, friendly staff.

The first room I was assigned too smelt like mildew, the toilet did not flush, there were roaches, and the carpet was flooded.also the wifi was very spotty.so I had to switch rooms and carry all my stuff into a new room which reeked of cigarette smoke (it was a non smoking room) also more roaches

Ok location

Terrible smell like someone had vomited. Every surface dirty. Cigarette burns in duvet. Pillow covers had dirt stains. Bathroom filthy. We insisted on and thankfully received a refund. We found a clean hotel elsewhere.

It was an end room of building, it was quiet at least.

a) T.V. did not work. b) No refrigerator or cooling cabinet c) No Microwave. d) No phone system to communicate with front office.

The neighbors where sitting in front of my door smoking all night. When I asked them to move they refused. I could come and go as I paid to do. When I called the office nothing was done. Smoking and partying at my door all night.
